Limits or tesco on Cosmos and Virgin, don't panic buy

This seems to be limiting only the further away/more costly holidays. You can still get a cheap package holiday in Europe within that budget.

I noticed that airmiles do have package holidays as well.
Can Tesco Clubcard pts be used on those or just flights?
I guess there is no limits on that at the moment?
Is this a brochure price not internet price thing again?

Yes I hate them....yes they'll give you a DTD, but what about the 4000 old ladies that dont know theyve been overcharged...do Tescos care....of course not....

So you abused the system, have £4K of stuff you will probably never use,had free food... and then got you got banned, now you won't be able to get a free holiday for all your effort, and you expect sympathy....you cannot be serious!!!....you feel sorry for little old ladies...please don't feel sorry for me..I'm a lttle old lady and like most other ladies of my age , not brain dead and quite capable of checking receipts...what goes round comes round.
BTW...thanks for spoiling it for the rest of us....was wondering why Tesco were changing things with so little notice...

Virgin don't do European holidays and Cosmos are pretty expensive not sure what you'll get with them for £400pp, remember no discounts at all with deals.

I think that Tesco should have given more notice for this major change to the scheme.

Ps...the best deals had finished long before you joined this site...so you are in no position to criticise....you were even before Motorpoint!!

I was saving up for a holiday for me and wife to mexico or somewhere like that. almost for 2 years now lol... would've converted them in next few months to holiday deals and booked.... Blergh

Oh welll have to figure out what else we want to get :P

Don't know if you can spend the Tesco's pts, but you can spend them on flights, so just a hop and skip to spending on package deals. Give them and ring and let us know how you get on

Once your tesco points are converted to AirMiles they can be spent on anything that they sell ie. package holidays, flights, car hire, eurostar etc.

It used to be for every 1000miles = £60 discount on package holidays / charter flights (anything booked through a tour operator)

Scheduled flights / Eurostar have a fixed mileaged dependant on availability.

I used to work there, apologies if this info is out of date, but I am pretty sure this is still the way they work.
