Glasses....anyone buy from Selectspecs or eyewearcentre?

Why do you make it almost impossible to contact your firm unless one logs in?
Although I enter the correct login details, and even tried to register with my other email address, I still cannot access checkout to confirm my order or contact you. I had no problems in October 2010.
I am tempted to go elsewhere but I like your prices and VFM.

James can you tell me what is going on with my order? You have had my frames for over 11 weeks, the helpdesk keep saying they will be dispatched week after week.
if they are not dispatched this week i want a full refund and my frames back

Unfortunately I can only go with what our optician has already told you:-
"unfortunately your prescription is quite complicated with high cylinder powers and prism in high index lenses. We have made various lenses now but for various reasons they have not passed our QC checks, but we have a pair in our glazing laboratory now which will ship early next week, again please accept our apologies, we will include some free items with your order as a good will gesture."“Official Company Representative

well recieved them on the weekend, along with some free bits.
Had a splitting headache for the first day of wearing then but seem ok now, I wear prescription saftey specs while at work and put the normal ones on at the end of the shift. The new ones are the same prescription but seem slightly different, prob because they are half the lens width.
The free glasses I recieved from Hong Kong are utter garbage looking through them is painfull these will not be used!
I would use selectspecs again if they could guarantee a wait of no longer than 2 weeks lol.

I ordered some glasses on 24th November and still not received anything! I have got an invoice and payment has been taken. When I try to track my order or go on their website, the page will not show it says

Hi I have received my glasses today and they do not match the order I made, the arms are black/purple as advertised but the bridge is a solid definite PINK!! I did speak to an adviser and did show her the picture but got no satisfactory answer to the problem.. I do not wear pink so the glasses are of no use to me at all and are certainly not what I ordered, I ordered Black / Purple, Colour; Semi-transparent and did expect the bridge as pictured to match the arms.. Please help me in this matter.. Lisa

Thank you for your email, yes, the frame can be not exactly what you expected, but there is always some risk buying online, unfortunately prescription glasses are a non-refundable item and can't be returned or refunded, sorry.
