How frustrating for you!! My mum banks with co-op and has never had a problem with her Visa debit. If Tesco have said that they have blocked your card I'm wondering what would happen if you completely closed down your tesco account and opened a new one from scratch using your new card?
Might be clutching at straws a bit but I can't think of anything else...0
