just got back from the dres fitting

really happy

still got the issue of me being a short !!!!- and the dress a little bit ruffled on the tummy because of this-- but the alteractions lady said it does look like its meant to be like that to other people. so i just need to stand straight and it will be ok.
final fitting 11th july

marywooyeah I don't have mine yet, next fitting on 30th and hopefully it will be ready to take away as I get married 9 days later!

OHs brother has split up with his girlfriend so that is 1 less for the whole day. Not sure he would have told us had OH not got in touch with him to ask her surname. A little annoying as I only emailed our final numbers yesterday and could have saved us £100. We have to pay it anyway but will tell the hotel there will be one less just before the wedding so they don't set the place out.

yummy- the cakecake woman we are having our cupcakes from has just opened a shop- and i went today to get some for the team in work- and they were so yummy. and everyone loved them

and she gave me a big discount on them- and now from now on i get 10% as im a wedding customer

also while i was there i made my appointment with her to go and see them- 7th july

I shouldn't be in here as I'm not getting married but my daughter Claire is, hers is on the 8th and as I had a very boring wedding ( registrar then house party ) 34 years ago I'm really looking forward to her's. My other daughter who's the chief bridesmaid lives in America so I've been the one running around with Claire trying not to get in the way to much and helping where ever I can.
