  • well, its not as bad as it could have been! lol
i reckon i need to lose about half a stone to smooth out a few bumps, and i think i will need a hoop or something because it felt a tad too long so i need to get it away from my feet, im about as graceful as an elephant on a skateboard so i worry about falling over half way up the ailse, dress slips down and im on my bum in the middle of the church, boobs ahoy etc and i will have to move away to avoid the shame!

the dress is beautiful, the sequins and beading are really sparkly and the purple is gorgeous...
(ohh... ive got this one by the way)

I am so excited, I got the first yes RSVP through from a family we hadn't warned of the date. We have 9 days until our RSVP date and I am hoping we don't have too much chasing to do. Although most of them are my mum's side of the family or OHs work colleagues so they can do the chasing around.

We are waiting for 28 day replies but of those know that 7 are coming and 4 aren't we just haven't had official replies. Waiting for 25 evening replies, of these 2 are and 2 aren't.

79 days to go now :j

Saw the girl doing my hair the other evening but OH was there so we didn't get a chance to chat. We are seeing her again on Sunday so I will try then, even if I have to tell OH to get lost :rotfl: I am hoping I can get together with her to have some sort of trial. Especially as you are all having hair and make up trials and dress fittings and I haven't had anything, I am feeling very left out.

78 days for us now AJmoney! Saw our wedding car last night, I love it, the man was so nice and even though I've deliberated over cars for ages he has honoured the price he quoted earlier in the year even though he's put the prices up considerably since then! It's only just started to sink in now for me that on 9th July I'll be a Mrs!

I have got to stop being clumsy between now and then and walk slowly instead of dashing around the office, I've a lovely bruise on my arm, and am always bruised or scraped somewhere from my clumsiness so will have to walk round like a lady from now til July!

Well today I have got very jittery and I still have 78 days

Told OH I was worried I wasn't a typical bride as I haven't been obsessing about beauty routines etc although I have worried about my body shape the last few days. Think I may go for a bit of pampering anyway, especially as I keep breaking out in spots.

We got a few more RSVPs through today. For the day we will have minimum of 45 and maximum of 57, evening minimum of 7 and maximum of 30. If no other evening guests accept then we may extend to those 7. I find it funny that the people we initially wanted to invite came to 40 and we may not have more than that anyway. All the people I want there are coming apart from a coupe of extended family who I am waiting for replies from.

Is anyone starting to freak out about stupid things? All I am bothered about is being married so I am not sure what the big deal is!

had a airbrush make up trial today (was £30) was done at 1- only took about 25 mins altogether.
at 4.30 i had an icecream (not healthy eating during easter!!) and it seems i have rubbed off a little of the foundation as i have a whiter patch near my mouth- which isnt good. its meant to last 24 hours- so not sure what happened!

booked my hair trial today- it the 7th may. so am going to collect some piccys up over the next couple of weeks

Yes, very much starting to freak out about stupid things. Weird dreams about silly things happening too! Last night was that we had no flowers delivered by the florist, so I sent my Mom to go and pick some and she fell in the river and just decided to float about in the Loch instead of coming out to get dry! Quite how she floated in the Loch for hours was beyond me when I woke up this morning but it made sense in my dream!

I avoided planning for a while after our invites went out but the RSVPs are all coming back now so feel like I need to get a move on again! Then looked at a calendar and realised it is only 10 and a bit weeks to go which scared the life out of me!

Do you reckon we could get this nice weather to last until July somehow :)?

Sorted out the little girl's bridesmaid dress today. My niece has been trying on a dress with many photos being sent to me.

My sister is going to send me links to the shoes she has seen so should get those soon too. My sister is back with the dressmaker today too to check measurements as she has lost some weight and they are going to try and make an appointment for one day next week and I will go down to see too.

Our string quartet should be sorted, need to ring someone today and discuss things but things are coming along nicely.

I would like to try my dress on soon for a fitting though!
