Haha, you beat me to it Sammy!!
Very excited :j
Things are going good. Invites have been sent and getting lots of compliments and replies.
Hen do is proving a little slower on the replies  Did have 12 definates, and some situations have changed and now its only 9The other 3 might still come, but the are now not definates. And I am also waiting on 5 other people to get back to me which is getting frustrating as I have sent off a deposit now. I have other people I can invite (we're staying in a bunk barn, so the less people that stay the more the cost goes up.) But I can't invite other people until I have a definate no from the ones I have invited. Its quite frustrating...
Things still to do:
Sort out hair trial and maybe look at clip in extensions? I have been growing my hair for over a year now, and its sort of shoulder length now. I always wanted curly hair, and whilst it is now long enough to curl, it will bounce up and look shorter. So am considering them clip in extensions, but never used anything like that before so not sure how it will look....
Find earrings for me. I know *exactly* what I want, but can't seem to find what I want!!
Pad in my shoes. I keep thinking I will wear them round the house to make sure they are comfy for the day, but have only so far tried them on a couple of times.
Sort my table decorations. Again, know exactly what I want, but to buy the proper version is far too expensive, so am trying to make a cheaper alternative. The first mock up looked just that tho, cheap. So need to now work out a better alternative that looks how I want it too, but also isn't too badly priced.
Sort out the music that will play at the civil ceremony and chose the readings, and send the forms back. I know that nobody will really even remember the music at the ceremony as most of it is just background stuff for while people are waiting. But I still want it to be 'right' if you know what I mean??
Chase my bridesmaids! Its my sister and my bestest friend, and they are buying their own dresses in the colour I asked for. That way they are comfortable in what they are wearing and I'm not bothered about matchy matchy, cos we're having a colourful wedding and everything is relaxed. I will tie in the theme with flowers etc, so it will all be ok. Only neither bridesmaid has got a dress sorted yet. And its only 99 days now, so I think they should get a wriggle on :rotfl:
Start work on my cake. I used to have my own business as a cake decorator, so I am doing my own. I am doing a fruit cake to 'cut' and then lots of cupcakes. But I want to do sugarpaste flowers and fancy things, which I should probably start doing soon. But the wedding still seems *ages* away, so it kind of seems daft starting to make things for the cake already.
Hmmmm, think thats about it that I need to work on for now... Not too much to do thenMarried my lobster in July 2011

I can now declare that my search for white table wine is over!
I took us about 12 different bottles to select one for rose- have settled on Bin 53 for that. Martini Sparkling Rose for the reception drink took about 5 different bottles, Martini Prosecco was already decided on- Asda bargains!. I don't tend to drink white now, but 'mother' gave a suggestion (suspected it would be ok if she liked it!!) Have spent ages trying to find a decent deal- loads of supermarkets don't stock it- just the chardonnay version- but it's turned up in a local independent booze store! 2 for £9 which is about 50p per bottle cheaper than Tesco's 28% off for buying a case!! Just HAD to sample a bottle!
Just need to place the order (so they have enough in stock when I collect), make the labels and attach them- and start finding a decent red!
Lots of bits are coming together at the moment - knew they would once the invites were done and sent out! RSVPs are a bit slow coming inAm currently looking for preserved petal confetti, to mix with mulberry paper apple shapes and put in cones, in baskets (that I still need to buy!)
I think I'm soon going to have to write a very long list of stuff that needs doing- and probably scare myself in the process!0 -

Urgh, unreal time for me to be up on a Sunday, first fitting is at 11 today and I feel absolutely ill with worry that it won't be the right dress, won't fit, I might not like it etc etc! I so hope it goes ok, feel like the whole thing is getting closer and closer and feels more 'real' now!0
