Thinking of you and your Oh Linda.

Best layed plans, was going to walk home from work today, came out a 1pm and its hammering it down. It was sunny the 4 hours I was in work  I dont mind walking in the rain only I am waiting for a new waterproof coat to be delivered (I only have jackets that are fabric). Fingers crossed it arrives tommorow, I am slowly running out of bus journeys and I cant afford more than 10 in a month :oExcercise dvd tonight :T

Pap's got the fitness bug!! great innit!? Which DVD are you doing?

I've been very good this weekend, went for a 4 mile run on saturday and swimming yesterday... okay not much swimming was done but there were a few lengths....! still counts if it gets you outta puff!

on my run i did about half of it on the beach near home, jeezo running on sand was tough but i felt great... legs were very sore the next day which is unusual as never really get sore legs now. unless i was to really up the miles...
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

I'd love to have a beach to run on, but it's about a 2 hour drive...bit impractical!

Mr Sunday mapped out a nice 5k on Sunday morning around Cambridge for me though, he went off to do 10k (show off ), and I know he is bloody fast, so I really had to push to make sure he didn't beat me back....how humiliating would that have been!! Anyway I beat him by about 5 minutes....gulp!!
