Interesting to note your organising skills dont get as far as checking whether someone has already started a thread today.:rotfl:

You are a really obnoxious person aren't you?

I'm sick and tired of your "comments" on the fashion chat thread, if you dont like it, why dont you ignore it!!

This section was quite fun until you poked your nose into it, cant say I'm impressed with what ever you have to say, seems to me that they are the words of a very sad man!!

The fashion thread is a harmless bit of fun, you seem to want to destroy it. Well you got your way now, I've just had enough of you and your "comments".

Sorry folks dont think I will be posting anymore, not after the slights I've had to take from absolutebounder. Before I go I will make sure the moderators are aware of what he is doing.

    Bye xx

Play nicely Bounder. Nobody wants to play with 'orrible children ;)

Might I make a suggestion? That the daily thread has the same title permamently so rather than "What are you wearing" followed by the date stick to something clearly seen. I think a title of "Daily Fashion Thread" is easy to spot. Just my opinion though.

Morning! Esmecullen (great name), please don't get disheartened. When fashion gets tough, you've just got to see it through! Remember shoulder pads? If we can survive them, we can survive this! :rotfl:

Anyway, it's horrible and rainy here today, after such a lovely weekend. Never mind, it's only work! Here's mine:

Dark skinnies (Levi's, £30 in the sale)
Black and white striped t-shirt with flamingo motif (Matalan, £8)
    Red cardi
    Red pumps with brass buckles
Red quilted bag with gold chain handles and leopard print lining (A complete Chanel rip off, but fabulous all the same. Matalan, £8)
    Gold name plate necklace
    Gold anchor earrings

And navy liquid liner for the eyes. As you can see, I had a bit of a spree in Matalan at the weekend! :)

    Happy Monday all!

Hi esmecullen, if you like posting please don't stop, if you ignore absoloute bounder he will go away just like an annoying kid in the playground when we were back at school, your only a target until someone else comes along and bites, our posts were only a couple of minutes apart, an easy mistake to make:)
Thank you for this site Martin

Was hard to know which to post on, was going to go for the other less heated on, but this seems to be the one with most posts, so the one we'll probably stick to?

I had a great day yesterday. I was in the supermarket and people kept looking at me and smiling, and I felt a bit uncomfortable, I asked dh if I had something on me or looked weird and he pointed out that the smiley looky people were all men and I was just looking good yesterday :):o Its been a while since I felt so desirable and I remember know how weird it felt as a young girl :rotfl::o

Just to note the outfit was a blue dress, blue/wood wedges, all my wooden bangles and a gold bangle, my hair down and some amber-y coloured earings.

I also have been having a new treatment which is helping me a lot: I've lost a little weight last week, and I'm moving really easily and full of energy, so that really helping too. On the down side I'm having some skin breakouts: possibly unconnected.

Today I'm not getting dressed up: I'm in my outside work clothes all day, because I'm getting lots of chores done. But, because I'm making an effort I did put scraping of mascara and benetint on this morning (full make up with a tracksuit seems as bad as no make up ;)).

I have no clothing reapirs to do ATM, but we have loads of moths about at some point this week I need to get some cedar wood. I'm going to buy plank and cut it up here: much cheaper than buying cedar wood balls. And I need to find somewhere cheap to buy lavender for laverder bags for moth prevention too.

Sadly, I bought a blazer on Saturday that came complete with shoulder pads. I think they're making a comeback!!

Luckily I could just snip them out with no worries. Although I was only 5 when shoulder pads reigned supreme, even I can remember the horror!!
