  • OK - that HHC was productive - kitchen all cleaned except the floor, and new broadband ordered.

Cuppa next, then anyone else for a HHC at 4.15?

Hello! I had a good sleep last night and feel almost human again! Washing is done and drying out in the beautiful sunshine. I walked to the local shop, have had lunch and washed up and caught up on a week's worth of papers!
It's that time of year again! MOTD is back on telly! We are now football widows on Saturday nights! :rotfl:

Errrmmm, excuse me, but some of us have been waiting weeks for the footie to start again :p:p

AnW - well done to you and A and W with the car wash; love the SatNav story :rotfl:

Toots - I'll be fine thanks; I was just very tired after getting back from hols at 1:00 Fri morning and then heading up to London for a gig Fri afternoon, and getting back here at midday yesterday in time for footie!

valli - have a great time in London; what you planning on doing (apart from the show!)?

HHC turned into an hour, but got all the veg etc prepped for dinner and stripped the bed, plus dusted the bedroom and tidied some bits away. Have remade the bed with DH's help. Chicken's in the oven and WM is about to finish so needs swapping over.

Amazed how much energy I have today, must be getting to bed earlier...'an hour before midnight' and all that

    Right you good folk................

Facebook, I am not on there / have an account there or what ever it is called.

So I would like to know

    1. Is FB a good thing.?
    2. Is it easy to use?
    3. How does it benefit you / or not as the case might be
    4. What or why do you use it?

The reason I ask, I cannot sort out in my own mind if it is a good or bad thing, and I am not sure what benefit I would get from it, except another yet site to log into to possibly 'talk' to the same people I already talk to but on other sites.

    Thank you xx

  • oohh - I have half a floor again!! Have set DS off to find his pigsty floor, and then will gather myself for another onslaught on the dining room. To my shame, it was completely clear before we left just over a week ago, and now I've just found a WM full of washing to do on it.

Best go load the WM again..
