I am feeling really down today as my brother and sister in law have gone home to Bournemouth this morning,on the good side they have taken DD2 with them till Friday,OH is on tour in Weymouth next week so will bring her home with him.

I have level 3 the LR and sorted through LOs toys, thrown away a black sack full of rubbish ..all his toys are in LR so it is looking better now.

Off to find my list and see if there is anything I can cross off....

rose - i'll pm you later in the week with details...remind me if I forget. it's pretty near me. purley way is long - which bit do you want to get back to? near the old airport? i can easily get you to the tescos at purley.

Swimming was good, forgot how much I like it. I found the first 10 lengths hard work but got into the swing after that. Did 30 lengths which in a 25m pool is over half a mile so quite pleased. will try and up it to 35 or 40 next week. had lunch with DH afterwards (sexy - i always have lattes as i have IBS too and not great with strong coffee) and then did the Sainsburys shop. Got the last large chicken in the shop so will be having a roast at teatime.

I'm having a sit down for a bit before getting the dinner prepped and flying in the bedroom in a bit. Advance notice that I'll be up for a HHC at 3 - 3.30pm if anyone wants to join me?

Ishtar- Our little one was weaned at 4months, which i hated, the older two weren't weaned untill 6months. Milly was 11weeks prem and the consultant wanted her to be weaned really early. Oh the funny looks we got when feeding her outside of th house, she was only 7lb when she was weaned! It was horrible. Have you thought of maybe a little bit of babyrice with LO's milk?

Thanks zoelikesjam. Yes, had considered baby rice to help fill him up. He's breastfed, so I could have a go at expressing some and seeing how we go. We're planning on going down the baby-led weaning route, but maybe the rice is all he needs at the moment just to fill him up. DD started solids at about this time and I had a very difficult time convincing my HV that she needed extra.

DS can grab food and even gets it into his mouth, but I'm not sure he is swallowing it yet!

I can imagine the looks you had from people  Hope she's doing OK?
