Well - heard back from Alliance & Leicester and as i suspected been refused their current account - didnt hold out much hope anyhow?? Seems like they just wanna put the boot in when youre already down doesnt it??

Been listing more stuff today in the e-bay shop..........hope this brings in more income..........

Afternoon darling, sorry about the A&L account. Seriously, not the end of the world.

I really would look into claiming back your charges, is there any late payments say to a credit card or anything you could try ie not your bank accounts?

Hiya Lynz,

Set up e-bay shop Hope it takes off - fingers crossed.

Been food shopping today - didnt do a proper shop last week - big mistake - spent about £55 this week but its for 5 of us and should last about 10 days.

Still feel crap but to be honet think i may be coming down with something as ive got a !!!!!! of a headache and my kidneys/back are killing me!!

I'm sure the flowers will cheer me up - they always do, one good thing of being a DFW is that theres no holiday abroad for us this year - beneficial to my plants there as last 2 years both my mum and dad have managed to kill/overwater my hanging baskets - resulting in me having to re-do them 2 years on the trot...........:mad:

I need to re-assess my spending and what NEEDS to be paid asap this month - I know i'm getting there but its baby steps and i aways like to feel i'm getting somewhere - i know i am as im doing something about the debt but it just seems that at first you seem to get nowhere??

Hi again Dotty.My,my OH`s ex sounds a very shallow to me.I have friends/relatives who are into materialistic stuff major style.But I don`t go there anymore having once,through business,been in debt.Thing about it is they are well in debt but they seem to think it O.K because it`s done on remortgage not loans!Crazy to think that mortgage isn`t debt.Just been trying to talk 18 year old nephew into not taking a £15k loan out for a car.But anyway hun back to you!From what I read in your posts you are a loverly person and I`m willing to bet you are 10 times better than old flashy pants ex misses.AND I bet your OH thinks the same as me .Try to keep your chin up and don`t feel intimidated by the ex

Thanks Pobby - sounded a little pathetic on my last post didnt i? but i'm just being honest as to how she makes me feel sometimes. I dare say shes up to her eyeballs in debt, but to be honest she spends like its going out of fashion.
