Hi all - well some new today - dont know if good or bad - our accountant has FINALLY been in touch - and reckons we shouldnt have any tax to pay last year, business was then OH's.......so no big tax bills - phew - however i though may have had some rebate due to all expenses for setting up etc - but he reckons there will be none???

On the down side - dunno exactly what he's gonna charge - although hes that crap i should be chargin him!!!! Hes had the books for nearly 13 months and still not submitted them!

Hello everyone - tryin to sound upbeat but still in the doldrums - were behind on Egg Loan and I need 361.80 asap - got about £180 of it but theyre pestering for it big time now - trying to catch up sucks and i didnt realise once you get behind on a 'few' bill s how long it actually takes to catch up!!!

Last months DD to Abbey for mortage was returned but i rang up on 30th April and paid via debit card thus not making us go in arrears - the cheeky gits have tried to take another payment out of my bank thus being returned and charged £35 - Abbey going to refund this...but of course i have to send the letter to them that my bank have sent me saying theyre going to charge me for this!!! Fed up - seems like something always going wrong at the moment....

Oh forgot to ask,is the shop still going good?

Dotty, could you not give them the 180 and ask pretty please, can they add the rest of it to the end of the loan ( ie paid off a month later at the end) you can tell them you need this month to "get on top" and that you dont want to be in arrears with them next month

Cant hurt to ask

Yep ta Pobby - shop still good - its lookin quite good in there at the moment - am proud that weve built up a decent (not too much!) amount of stock and dont owe for any of it!!

Pity same cant be said for personal finances!!

Knew i could rely on you to give me some encouragement !! Im gonna see how this week end fairs - think i could pay it on monday but again its gonna be a race against time to get DD money in for the end of the month - hopefully THIS will be the month i catch up - lol:rolleyes:
