Hi jellie
My sister designed what she wanted but had a friend who worked for a printing company who then did some of the printing for her Do you know anyone like that? She also stuck diamantees on her cards to personalise them and home made curled wire flowers...
She also bought craft items from ebay - getting 100 butterflies in this country would be expensive - getting them from a third world type source was a fiver or lessAchieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Thanks for all the help and ideas. Lots of great things I could use!
At the moment we are toying with the idea posted on the weddings board
We would do invites like the top photo here
Then we will hopefully use our photos to make the cards
e.g. picture of the church with ceremony details on the back, picture of bluebells to represent our first date etc.
The idea would be to have several photos that are meaningful for us and to split the invite up onto the back of the cards e.g.
1. You are invited to wedding of...
2. Ceremony details
3. Reception/party details
4. Local places to stay details
5. RSVP card
Have just left a message for the associate pastor so hopefully they can get back to me soon so we can start discussing possibilities regarding a church service2019 fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons0 -
i've not seen cards like that before, but they are lovely. Would be relatively simple to do.0

That's one of the reasons I like the idea
It would be a great way to personalise the invites.2019 fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons0 -
OMG Jellie my lovely, I am so so sorry, I haven't had chance to catch up on all your stuffs in your diary yet, but just read on Chrisblues diary you have paid off all of your debts.......two months early at that!!!!!!!!! My word you are amazing!!!!!! I can't believe it, well done on having done it, you are an inspiration.
2010 is definitely your year what with the debt being paid and with your engagement. It must be so nice to know that not having any debt means that all of your money can go into savings for your special day!!!
So proud and happy for you xx0 -
Aah Missy- you've brought tears to my eyes. Thanks hun.
We've had a lovely few days going out and about with the cameras, enjoying the weather.
OH back to work tomorrow so I'm trying to get my brain in gear to figure out what I need to get done by the time I go back. I think I have a few days of work to get done so I should really hit that early on to get it out of the way. Housework is desperate and I should really aim for a bit more decluttering and sorting before the move2019 fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons0 -
