Another £200 into savings today. The people we are buying the house from have had an offer accepted on a property with no chain. Everything still going in the right direction with the move. The survey has been done and nothing major showed up. Minor things aren't problematic. Mortgage valuation happens this week and draft contracts are already with solicitor.

Everything is still fine with the house sale. Went over today to check what they were leaving etc. and to measure up for curtains.
I'm still saving every penny I can so that is going well for now!
