need to get others to do the work first as it's a block of flats. been told that currently it's worth 20k less than what a perfect flat would be on for, and even that would be pushing it for us to get another place, just gonna have to sit it out and keep badgering those idiots upstairs to pull their fingers out.

It must be so annoying!
I've held out until my neighbour moved on before selling. He used to have loads of cars out front in various stages of being tinkered with. Looked a bit like a junkyard!

I'm looking forward to doing the househunting and finding somewhere! I'm just worried that it will also feel stressful! There are just so many changes to deal with at the moment........not a strength for me!! You're right though I need to focus on the goal and just keep taking baby steps towards it!

it gets me very angry Jellie, but i've been trying to tackle it for so long i try and keep calm about it, but do say pointed things every so often
