Duh, silly me, I read your thread last night and puzzled for a bit wondering what survey you were doing that you were asking for luck for?! I was thinking You Gov and the likes! LOL
Now I realise it's the survey for your house, so fingers crossed it went ok and your sale goes through smoothly.

I imagine it will take a while to hear about the survey.
The buyers are coming for their 3rd visit today as they didn't see the garden properly before. I'm a bit fed up as they haven't given much notice, seem to think that I can drop everything for them and should really have made their second visit in the daytime so they could see the garden or braved the snow on the first visit to see it!!
Maybe I'm being a bit unfair on them as I'm feeling a bit swamped and am not feeling very well.

Looks like I'm doing ok this month. Am still kicking myself for spending some money in the sales. If I hadn't spent it then I wouldn't have such a mountain to climb. That said I still think I can just about make my DFD if I can keep to essential spends only for a few months.
We've done really well on groceries and cutting back on eating out this month. Hopefully I'll be able to factor in the odd treat next month. OH is being great- very understanding that I want to get this done asap!
I'm about to go and lounge in a bath!

    Good to have company :D

Thanks SH. Visit went well. I got an email to say that more legal issues have been raised by buyer. Hopefully they'll be a letter in the post tomorrow explaining in more detail. I think getting these brief emails that only give basic information makes everything more stressful!

I was thinking earlier that I'm spending way too much time moaning or stressed. I might crack one of my pristine notebooks open and use it as a journal to destress when I get home, followed by a list of things to be thankful for that day. It will use up another one of my many notebooks and might make me feel more positive too :D
