    Hope you're ok ...I still havent done any PADS yet but waiting for OH to get paid at end of Feb .

    hi jellie - I bought a new journal in the summer which I am still using - it says "everything will be alright" on the front!!!

    Go for it crack open one of those new notebooks!

    (If took bigger lump sum = 60.35K or 47.6%)
    4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise) (If bigger lump sum £15.8/30K 52.67%)

    Yeah pay day!
    Hopefully I'll have a chance to update finances and chat a bit more here this weekend.
    Work still very very manic so more work and more packing etc to do this weekend. Am also expecting fallout from survey on Saturday as the buyer has made appointment with my estate agent. Hope they don't try and drop price further etc.

    hope sale goes through okay - it is so stressful when you are selling a house isn't it.

    I got my journal in a sale of delisted stock at WHSmiths! It was probably around £5-6. love it... I am very picky about my journals. Have to be blank pages - but I do like some of them to be coloured! Not fussy much!
