Hi Sarah. Sorry to read he is continuing to be a prat. No benefit from the citalopram then?

What is it exactly about him that you love?
    Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.62

  • No benefit Seaxwyn.... especially as he stopped taking them!! I wonder myself sometimes why I love him!

OH got his P45 sent back to him in the post this morning, so will have to go back in on Monday and start the JSA process all over again!! Grr!! At least he has been applying for some warehousing jobs in the local area, and ASDA warehouse apparently has some vacancies, so he's gonna fill an application in for that too... I think he really is starting to get bored at home now, and now that DS has finished nursery, being faced with staying at home all day (except for the 2 1/2hrs DS is at new nursery) has kinda spurred him into action.... about l00dy time though, he hasn't had a job for 12 weeks!!

I'm also moving to another store, which means fuel costs are going up from £40pm to approx £200 pm which is annoying, but also may help spur OH into action! I hope so anyway! OH getting a new job will create childcare problems, but we'll deal with that when OH gets another job :)

  • No, not really... we're all employed by the region at my level or above, and can be moved anywhere within a reasonable distance.... at least its not too bad a run, and those are estimates in fuel. It could have been much worse though, I could have been sent Swindon way, which is a paiin to get to from here

  • Hiya guys, not been here for a little while as not been able to PAD... or do anything in fact!
OH still hasn't got a job, and doesn't appear to be looking very hard IMO! So I am at the point of near financial meltdown :o

I have had to cancel all the DDs for the debts, and will today be writing letters to all of them offering token payments until OH gets a job.... our budget is tight as already, and whats pushing us over the edge is the debt repayments...

I have also been moved to another store (a good thing) but the fuel bill have quadrupled ( a bad thing) which also has not helped the budgets :(

The majority of the debts are in my name :o so I will now be killing my credit rating as well... OH has debts, but I'm not taking any notice of them because 1) his credit rating is shot already, 2) he ran them up after we'd done budgets etc 3) he doesn't care about being in debt!

I have started all the moves of DDs etc, and will be doing a CCCS debt remedy later on.... :(

I am thoroughly skint (can't even afford to buy ink cartridges for my printer, so will have to hand write all the letters) and am totally depressed by the whole situation!

    Still plodding.....

  • And after filling in the 18 section form to apply for housing benefit while OH is off work, I now have to provide evidence of all kinds of stupid stuff!! Is it any wonder some people don't bother claiming the benfits they are entitled too!!

On a plus note, when I phoned TCs back last week, the guy I spoke to basically told me the previous woman I'd spoken to was a numpty and there wa no need to get all the info I had!!!

    AAaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!! :o:o:o

  • Well did the CCCS Debt Remedy, and they have sent my remedy, inc a letter to send to creditors, so I will get started on that on my day off.....

OH has pulled his finger our his !!!!, and has got a job interview somewhere (date tbc this week).... I'm not saying any more than that!! Don't wanna tempt fate!! :o

Feeling much better about things, just getting in contact with CCCS has lifted a little weight :)

    So, still plodding :)
