Version 01.02.0070 12/02/2005
* Bug Fixed: The File Browser could only display a maximum of 399 files in a folder. This limitation has been removed
* Bug Fixed: The File Browser can now scroll a file name that is too long to display on the screen.
Version 01.02.0062 09/15/2005
* Bug Fixed: Files with filenames comprised of 4 or fewer characters are not recognized during file copy operations. For example, a file with the filename “B.AU” was not recognized and could not be copied to XT from a flash memory card.
* Bug Fixed: The Battery LED status could be erratic in some instances. This red LED will now be ON or Flashing when the AC Adapter is connected. Flashing indicates that the battery is continuing to charge while the unit is powered on. [Note: To verify the present charge status of the battery, turn on the unit and check the battery charge icon on the FM Radio screen.]
* Bug Fixed: Cannot initiate recording from within Setup mode. The Record key is a hot key and should be active in all modes, including Setup mode.
Version 01.02.0045 08/04/2005
* Added error message “File format not supported” for JPG files over 6MB in size. XT has a JPG file size limit of 6MB.
Version 01.02.0043 07/22/2005
* Bug Fixed: Files are not viewable and cannot be copied if Archive attribute OFF. Some older model cameras save images to the media card with the Archive attribute turned OFF. These files were not viewable and could not be copied to XT.
* Bug Fixed: Date Modified changed during CF backup. When you backup files from the compact flash slot, XT would incorrectly change the file’s Date Modified date to the date and time of the backup. The Date Modified date should not be altered during CF backup.
Version 01.02.0039 06/23/2005
* Playback of MP3 files with embedded thumbnail images added.money saving my @rse.
I've spent 10x as much as I would if I had never discovered this website :-)

Mine did not come with the SD etc to compact flash converter
but then I did not see any advert with it on - was there one and was it supposted to include the adapter or were you guys just lucky?
And I can't seem to convert DVDs from my PC to it either. Can anyone recommend any freeware software?0 -

if you got it from staples go back and tell them its not included and negotiate a discount, of at least £20.
The box has a sticker saying its got the extra's
The dvd'd have to be converted via an appropiate codec to mpeg4 files to run on the flashtrax, theres loads of files to do this, but why bother when you can run a dvd on a player and input it to the flashtrax.0 -
Yes my box has the sticker I will go back tomorrow and discuss.
Were the boxes sealed as mine was not?0 -
Mine was not sealed but everything was mint inside.0

Well you should've asked cos that was the case when I bought mine, they haven't got round to updating the prices, you would have found at the checkout it would've scanned at £99.99, but I dunno about the 80gb version?0 -
well i got a 40 gig one froma store near me, apparently I have another two on hold at another store which I will collect tonight but they are telling em that they are only 20gig's do you still think its worth getting a20gig for £99.00?Listen to what people say, but watch what people what people do!!0
