    Re the firmware download, should the file extension be .bin or .rar as I seem to have downloaded both but the Upgrade procedure only refers to the .bin

    thats got a composite output, the flashtrax has a composite input, so, yes
    money saving my @rse.

    Yeah this did occur to me, with the appropiate kit , you can easily make up a Hard disc Camcorder.
    And how much do Hard disc camcorder's cost? £££££££'S

    Got an 80gb version today in Southport for £149.99 - they knocked £50 off cos the 40gb was out of stock. Chuffed.

    i managed to go back to a store i bought my original one today and got a another one, still had boxes left out from the last time i went, asked a different sales guy and he found one, if someone meeds one I will let go because i got my daughter one already, otherwise i'll stick it on some forum classifieds and maybe ebay lastly,
