In reply to vistaprint , I have just received my evening invitation today from vistaprint and they are beautiful, also I bought my day invitation off ebay and they have arrived today aswell.
vistaprint: 100 invitations = free
100 envelopes + p&p = £12.00
ebay invites 30 £7.95 - free p&p

tried dresses on in a shop.....seen one i like for £485. took a photo of it and have looked on ebay and found the same

My shoes are here ok, hurrah! They are spot on, I know it's sad to be so excited, but I'm really chuffed with them.

Had a really productive wedding weekend. Funny how it goes, one minute it's all wedding and the next it's quiet and you can't really do anything.

How are we all doing? feeling ok about the planning think most of it is done!, just waiting for the day now (sure I won't feel this stress free nearer the time!) So far.....
Ceremony, Reception & DJ booked, found a wedding dress & BM dress (plain and simple, but very me!) So now just need shoes, bag, underwear...etc etc!......
Next on the list flowers, need to decide on colour theme have my heart set on purple but need to speak to the florist to find some purple flowers that I like!

Hi,

I've had major stresses this month and have nearly shot my mother! I've booked the marquee, caterers, church, got my dress pretty much got a florist, booked loos and booked band. Next challenge is to get the BM dresses within the next 2 weeks (brand I like takes 16 WEEKS!!!!) then invitiations to go out.

Phew, quite impressed with what I've achieved when i write it down!

Also have to say, I've found this month, the most stressful of my life so far!

I'm never ever getting married again!

Laurensmummy - I met my florist yesterday and she was great at picking out colours and flowers. I couldn't have thought of half of what she did!

On friday i'm going to meet a florist to get a quote and on Saturday me and the OH, my dad and sister are going to our venue to sort out food and everything else, we're taking the family members because my OH and i will sit there going 'what do you think?' 'i'm not bothered what do you think?' and it will go round and round in circles so we taking others to help! Then me and OH are going to a formal hire shop to look at suits so we can check he actually likes the one he has picked. THEN when we get home we hope to book our DJ and on the 5th Feb my invites should arrive!! Hurrah!!

It feels more and more real, me and my mum had another blow up the other day, she called my invites and sweetie buffett childish and kept saying why can't it be traditional, then she started complaining about our dance hour saying it wasn't fair on the older people.... when i actually count how many people are 'older' there aren't that many!!!

MissCoupon - I got my invites from Vistaprint on postcards and they are brilliant, they look really expensive! also got a wedding notebook, pen, and banner (all for free!)

I've just booked the registry office for 18th June 2011 :eek: need to sort reception venue next :beer: and then everything else lol :eek:

lol kezz kezz, hope it all goes well! I've still got to book pretty much everything too. Have booked church and church hall for reception, and dress is ordered, but besides that, nothing else is booked :eek:
