OK, so Phil takes the call ...
Obviously it was knocked back.
Then he offered £343k.
I can't believe this programme had so little content they are actually devoting a whole section to these calls.
They are prepared to sell at £350k, so that was that. Price agreed.
Sounds like the editor has had to slightly change the tone of the show since the boom finished so less panick (sic) and more subtle 'Clinch That Deal PLC '' type behaviour on the show....like.....''See how the pro's do it'' type of thing.
Someones got to sell Phil...he needs a new job as his company went down.0 -

Text sex is much more fun (when you can't phone sex). DH is out of the country ATM as it happens....so its a text day.
Sensual boner sounds kinky?!
The scary thing about the sexting was its mainly youngsters and the pictures are ending up on pedophile websites.

That's nothing. Next week's episode comes from Liverpool and the middle 30 minutes involve Phil and Kirstie hunting for Phil's wheel trims.0 -

People watch to see if they have done better than the people on there, to be nosy or just to laugh......... utter garbage.0 -

Yup...new format,...it's all about buying a home to live in...not short term gain...da de da..hence home videos.
Looks like it's the foody show and Ugly Betty then.

Mr.T has disarmed it.

The programme I really miss is 'Changing Rooms' with the lovely Lawrence Llewellyn Bowen...I loved that show.
It was a 90's thing..doing up your house so it would look even better as it dropped in value.0
