Sexting, is that like text-sex? I'm too old for bike sheds.:( Unless I became a teacher.......................

Something to do with mobile phones. Didn't catch the whole story.
Think it involves taking a picture of oneself naked and then sending it random people.
No idea why people would want to do this though - sounds like flashing by message to me!?

First couple decided on the Tring one.
    £375k
Bring in a local architect to look at extending it etc.

Estimate to do an extension: It'll take a year, £50-60k

They wanted to put in an offer.
Phil: "We are going to i gnore completely the asking price"
He thought it wasn't worth more than £350k.

Went in at £335k as an opening bid... then they chucked in an advert break to build the suspense I guess... well, the programme's dire and I just want it to be over now.

I love that phraseology. So the agent gets their cut, the vendor is happy and the gullible fools rush in without thought of how they might have saved a few thousand by biding their time, letting the vendor stew, etc.

Yes they might also have missed out, and Krusty would not have her 'happy ending'. But believe it or not...

THERE IS NO SHORTAGE OF HOUSING FOR SALE.

Why have prices not coming down to an affordable level then? Why are many forced to rent with very little legal rights (compared to outright ownership)?

That couple had already viewed between 30 to 50 properties. There may be no shortage of houses but clearly there is a shortage of houses that they like the look of.
