    No outbuilding for Nick.

    This is the bloke's favourite.
She's not so keen though. Beautiful location, but it's more complex as it needs extending etc

These prices sound 'Very Early 2008'....does it say when filmed?

Actually I don't. There are some telly depths I refuse to plumb.

But while we're on the subject. What sort of person makes a life changing decision based on advice from a TV person, egged on by a production team, with a choice of 3 properties? In what way could they possibly consider that a sensible way to go about acquiring their nest.

"Yes, Mr. Dung Beetle, our expert Krusty has located three piles of !!!!!! for you. Please jump headfirst into whichever one you think is best after considering for three nano seconds"

Me. Although in my dream version its FC123, Patures and dopester versus a team of dan, bluey and julieq in a race to find the best place for us.

Mewbie: you and cleaver can be the double act presenters. It'd be way better than this show.

I love that phraseology. So the agent gets their cut, the vendor is happy and the gullible fools rush in without thought of how they might have saved a few thousand by biding their time, letting the vendor stew, etc.

Yes they might also have missed out, and Krusty would not have her 'happy ending'. But believe it or not...

THERE IS NO SHORTAGE OF HOUSING FOR SALE.
