I'm sure you want to try to keep everything as friendly as possible for your girls but isn't there anything you can threaten him with to make him pay up? It make me so angry (on your behalf) that you are being so thrifty and careful and he is being irresponsible and gets away with it!
Milly could always threaten :wall:to break his leg's maman, this normally works, try not to let him stress you out.
You could present him with a bill for everything that is outstanding.
I have a list of what he owes me, he knows it all, just chooses to ignore me when I ask! Grrrrrr......big useless lump:mad:
NOthing much happening here. Had a card through the post from bingo Britain about bonuses they'll give me as it's my birthday this month - £5 should be in my account then I'd get £5 each other week if I play it. I emailed them as I didn't have the said £5 in my account - they've just replied saying that due to bonus abuse I will not get the bonuses and to stop me doing it again, they've cancelled my account hahaha:rotfl: I only played at the end of last year when they gave the £5 a day - nowhere did it say that was abuse?! Stupid site.....;)I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
Couple of sales on ebay this week - about £20 worth, and a dvd of DD1's, so owe her £9 for that. Still got stuff listed but not much interest. I need some sparkliness this week...have zero energy, absolutely washed out, and not a lot of motivation to sit and photgraph then list stuff...hmmmmmm.I really need to sort out a new signature!0

Postie brought a cheque from Orange today for £7.33...no idea why but off to pay into the bank soon;) Sold a book on Amazon, which will probably make me the grand sum of about £3.50...but better than nothing and at least someone else will enjoy the book:p
Have a few things to pick up in the co-op for the weekend.....not much, we have plenty in for next week.
My Mum's coming up to visit us tomorrow which will be nice. DD1 wants her hair cut so will take her into town to the no-appointment place...as she wont wait til half term, no it has to be done NOW:rotfl:
Off to dust and hoover, save doing it tomorrow....then nip to PO and co-op. Girls are making cakes and biscuits when they get home....eeek, so won't bother cleaning kitchen just yet;)I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -

I can understand your frustration with the :wall: it would make me mad also, I cannot understand why some men are reluctant to pay money that is for their children.
Have a lovely day with your mum & take it steady with the cleaning, pace yourself.
Decluttering is going well, every little helps.0 -
Ex is still making me very mad:mad: He rang yesterday...was quite talkative so thought I'd ask him where he's living at the mo *insert sarky eye-rolling smiley*...he was at his mum's last I knew, visiting 'her' when he could. Now he says they're renting somewhere......um, with what money?!?! I've had nothing from him for a month.....this month's maintenance is due, plus school trip money, plus club money oh and plus £85 outstanding from last month, but he says he has nothing:mad: When I sauid he could afford to pay for a divorce online he says well it had to be done......not wehn he owes me so much.
I just don't know what to do....he doesn't see it as important...obviously to set up another flat with her comes first:( My sis will tell me to not let him have the girls whenever he feels like it as it's the only thing I have, the only thing that'll make him think, but I've never done that, it's not fair on the girls. But he just won't pay me unless he feels like it. But, on the plus side, he's just started a job....a 'normal' 9-5, so hopefully we'll get on track soon.
Anyway, had a nice weekend with the girls - took DD1 for a haircut yesterday, but the £13 dry cut turned into a £30 restyle....but she looks lovely:p I bought the cardi I loved, but feel bad about spending £25 so it's back in the bag to return on friday:o
DD2 and I are making minced beef wellington for dinner - good old Jamie Oliver recipe.....never had it before, but looks yum in the pics!
Oh and I just paid £250 off Next and £25 off PO card. Was going to use extra money paid on the girls school trips but thought it better to clear Next (with the interest) and pay trips right when the last due date is - both in April/May. Also I get more student loan in April so I know I'll have the money. £20 added to my £5 a day total as Paypal money arrived. Also had another sale of £9 yesterday, will post tomorrow. Listed a few bits, but nothing worth much sadly;)I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -

KM - how is your ebay listing going?!?!! I've listed a few bits, but really wish I had some things of value to sell!!! Lots of Spring clothes will go on when the weather perks up:pI really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
Evening:p
Not much to report today....an NSD. Sold another couple of bits on ebay, small amounts (£5 then £3), but it all adds up gradually. Will add to my £5 a day total when I've got the Paypal money in my account.
Nipped toTesco yesterday (just wanted to get out!) and spent £30...eeek:eek: That's definitely food shopping done til next week. Think my grocery budget still looking fine anyway.
Been doing a bit of Uni work...not a lot, writing vague plans and doing some reading, so getting back into it:D Must be busy next week (half term).I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
