So tired and useless today - I just feel very weary and haven't the energy to do anything:o So have just given in to it and stayed on the sofa, even fell asleep for 1 1/2 hrs this afternoon.
2 items ended on ebay last night - £5.50 total there, then sold 2 BINs today, £7.50 and £3.50...one of them I didn't think would sell:D
Transferred £72 from Paypal - £45 of it is DD1's from the sale of her phone, rest for me:p Will add things on to my £5 a day as the money arrives in my account, or I'll forget what's beed added on.
Girls just out at a club, back around 6.30 in time for dinner - having jacket pots, chicken and beans...nothing fancy;)
Hospital tomorrow....hope I find out roughly when I'll be getting the op. I think I'll have to ask for another sick note for work, just couldn't physically do it right now....the thought of walking just over the road is too much, I'm a big useless lump right now:rolleyes::rolleyes:
Anyway, must hoist myself off the sofa and pop the chicken in.I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
Take it easy Milly, sleep is good for you and hope your soon feeling better.
Hope your hospital appointment goes okay, definately ask for another sick note.0 -
Another BIN sold for £4. Need to get all the parcels ready to post tomorrow while I'm out. Then bed.....;)I really need to sort out a new signature!0

Feeling very grumpy and unmotivated...can't be bothered to update much...I just think no-one's reading here and it's so disheartening:o
Few more sales on ebay - £8.50 last night, £6 and £4 today. Just withdrew about £26 from Paypal.
Not quite an NSD, I bought bubble wrap and postage bags from ebay....total £4.60. I spent a while doing my shopping online at T's for delivery at the end of the week...only to find none of the discount codes worked.... So, I didn't bother with the order...booooo.
Quiet weekend here....mind you, when are they anything but?!:p Girls with their dad so I had a big long lie in, sat in bed on laptop til about 1 and just lazed about....fun fun.I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
Hi Millie, don't be disheartened. I read your updates all the time and really enjoy them. You are doing so well making extra money despite feeling unwell. I am sure once you have had your op and have recovered you will feel much better and motivated.

:hello:Milly
I'm still reading and enjoy your diary, sorry your feeling so carp.
How did you get on at the hospital & have they given you a date for your operation?
Agree with ND regarding the extra money and once you are pain free & have had your op you will sparkling.
This is the closest I could find to a cyber hug :grouphug:

Hi Milly
I look forward to your updates, I'm just lazy at posting sorry
But the main thing is is that it keeps you on track and motivated (usually) so its more for you than the rest of us.
Thank goodness I don't have a diary or I would have to confess to being absolutley carp at the £5 a day challenge and you are stomping home with that particular challenge:o
If the diary helps you then please don't stop updating :A0 -
Aww Milly, I always read your diary and I know Tigzem does too cos we discuss them when we meet

QUOTE]:p:p So that's where you're wrong milly! I love reading your diary and that's why you've got so many hits.
I think that, however enjoyable at the time, after Christmas/New Year everyone wants to get back to 'normal'. Unfortunately for you what with being off work and the snow your 'normal' has been disrupted. I also expect you're feeling frustrated that you've got the time but can't get on with university work. You'll feel better when your health improves and you can achieve things. I think you're so used to being organised and achieving great things with your budget and being a great mum/homemaker and your job that you've pushed the bar higher and you're fed up with yourself because you aren't able to do more at the moment.
Take care of you and get yourself well and if you can manage a bit of reading then fine. If you can't then you soon will.0
