  • Just paid another £30 off Marshall Ward:beer:
And sold 2 items on ebay today - total £12.50.
Sold a few bits over the weekend that I posted yesterday - total £20. Must check how much is in Paypal and transfer it:p

  • Yep the tax credits money is all ok...rang to check.
Not much else this week of any interest...apart from the new laptop I bought on Wed:o I did buy with money that I have been given for Uni by my dad though, so not cost me anything....AND it's purple and shiny:rotfl: We do have a laptop, but girls usually use it, so when I'll need to do work, I thought it'd be easier if I have my own, that they can't touch:D Hopefully it'll come this week.

Couple of NSDs this week, been doing very well with my Weightwatchers eating...must keep it up this weekend. It's very slow though - 3lb in 3 weeks:o

Off to my sister's today as it was bro in law's bday this week. So no doubt a late night for us.

Off to put the washing out then get showered and ready.

  • Hi Milly

I just thought that I would pop in and wish you well. My brother got himself into trouble with debt but after a bit of help from the bank of mum and dad has regrouped and is working hard, so there can be light at the end of the tunnel. I am also doing some studying for my work so I sympathise on that front!

  • Afternoon all:D
    Oooops, I've not updated for a while....
Had a good weekend at my sister's, but stayed up far too late on Sat night drinking wine, so was useless on Sunday after only a few hours sleep:p I think I'm still catching up on sleep - I'm off work today as it's Wed, but after doing my food shopping I crashed out on the sofa for a few hours:o

At the weekend I had a good deal - I'd bought DD2 a winter coat in New Look a couple of weeks before, but my sis had a 20% off voucher - so I returned the coat (was unworn with tags on), got my £28 back, then bought it again with the voucher:T I also got eldest a black jacket reduced to £10, then got 20% off that - was pleased with my shopping;)

Eldest still needs a proper winter coat though and I saw in Heat this week there's a New Look voucher - so bought that and have another 20% voucher now:rotfl:

I've just changed my home insurance provider - up for renewal. Went through Quidco and will hopefully get £35 back, to make the yearly cost just under £60.

Still waiting for my beautiful new laptop to arrive.....:D

Even if it arrives during the week, pack the girls off to a friend's house :rotfl:

I truly love mine. It's so shiny and purple...!
