    Hello

    Quick straw poll...

Do you buy from CD WOW!

If you do, what would make it better for you?

If not, why not and what would make you start?
    Hi Darragh,

Yes, sometimes. I don't buy many CDs/DVDs, but when I do I will buy from them if they're cheapest and if they have the item I want in stock. The range isn't great, particularly for the less mainstream stuff. Pigsback points are taken into account, but only if taking them into account makes it cheaper. I also take delivery costs into account. Some sites deliver free, some don't.

Cheapest overall (and assuming they have it) = yes.

What would make me more likely to buy? Have my item in stock cheaper than anywhere else, of course! :) Making their site navigation better would possibly help too. Their website's a bit tedious and uninspiring.

I agree with what others have said - their site is not the easiest to navigate and they don't always have what I'm looking for. Have had acouple of problems with delivery but they are generally good.

Don't know if that helps or not

    CD-WOW

Only recently realised that you could click through from pigsback.

Used to use them a lot, don't use them very much currently basically because on price comparison sites they quite often aren't the cheapest now, also as others have said, the range is limited. We've always found them very reliable to use.
  • I have used CD-WOW and their service is great - I accidently got something sent to the wrong address and they sent a new one with no quibble. However, their stock is really limited. I'm into music that's not so mainstream and I find play.com tends to stock much more interesting stuff. I've run out of CDs that I want that CD-WOW stocks!!
