Sorry all been so busy I haven't had a chance to catch up with the posts!!

Just quickly popped on to say DD went to nursery this morning for the first time, I asked if she had been ok and they asked for another 10 of her as she was so good and polite!! :j :j :j my girly did me proud!

Also I entered a challenge with crafty ribbons where they send you some ribbon and you have to make a card .... I managed to get in one of the first 10 places so have some ribbons winging their way to me :j :j

Also a big thanking you to Dragonllew, the bookatrix arrived safely!! Thankyou ever so much you are a star xx

I shall post properly later on once OH is on the road north and I have got some more stuff sorted and cleaned!!

Flourgirl & Myz - I struggled to give the answer so long & so hard I emailed them with the right answer & asked if I was too late or something? They did reply and explain which I thought was very good of them. The blog was well worth reading 'cos I ordered more than I intended so thumbs up all round for them.

Well Done! on your win Rusty and Well Done for little Miss M for good behaviour. Hope your OH has safe journey.

Just got home to find central heating is on the blink:eek: so fire and oven put on instead whilst DH sees if it's anything he can fix. Can you hear my teeth chattering? Why do these things never break when it's warm?

Please take care anyone travelling just now - if we've got snow it must be bad.

Rusty, so glad DD had a great 1st day at nursery :j :j :j

I've had a good day today, got lots done and all ready for DS1 going back to school tomorrow :D. It's DS2's birthday on Thursday so got pressies sorted, cake bought (I know I should make it but no time this week) etc. He's having a party at an indoor play centre place on Sunday and he is sooo excited bless him!

Off to have a little look at blogs while I try and construct a letter to the council objecting to the proposed changes to the local school admissions policy. If it goes through it will mean DS1 and 2 will go to different primary schools, completely crazy but that's the council for you
 If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain

    Hi all,
I got some free ribbons too. Am so excited I never get round to entering things.
Had a really busy day today and some crafting was involved at last. Not cards but craft all the same. I have updated my blog if anyone is interested. http://wendys-craft.blogspot.com/
Would love to earn an extra £40 a Week. Trying to find ways to :-)

Glad to hear your DD has a great first day at nursery, and well done on your win.

Marg hope you get your central heating fixed really soon.

I am due back to work tomorrow - first time sine 17th December, and my boss has rung me tonight to tell me not to go in too early (usually in by 7.30am) as the roads will be too icy and she doesn't want me to have any accidents so I should aim to get their for 10am. Result - I get another lie in! I know I was going to stuggle getting up early after a lovely long break.

Just added another couple of cards to my blog, one for Rainmac's fab sketch challenge, and a couple I have done with the Craft Robo.
2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family.
It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,000
  • made a new card for my grandad for his 80th , ill put it on my blog soon

its ment to be - 11 here next week :(
