I've had a carp week! Boo hoo!

My internet hub went faulty on Tuesday night and even now after much messing about with BT I've got a new one but it doesn't want to go wireless so there are trip wires all over the place. We had our swine 'flu jabs on Wed morning and felt rough all day Thursday when we were going to have a fun day out - it didn't happen & my arm still feels like it was run over by a steamroller!

Right, sorry whinge over......

Mary-Op - delighted to hear good news for Mr Mary sounds like it may just have been a very persistant infection, my DH has sometimes been on antibiotics for years at a time so fingers still crossed for you that they work.

Our male cat Yowls so pitifully if he wants to come in - you'd swear he was being pulled limb from limb it's sooo embarassingly loud:o Is you floor all done now?

TomsMum - Hope your DH very soon recovers from his infection - frustrating when you want him home but perhaps better he got it there rather than when he got home IYSWIM?

Rusty - Hope things are much better for you now & you are getting lots of rest.

Floor is now down - I told him to do a mosaic round the toilet and he took me literally bless him :rotfl:. Utility is grouted so will just need 4000 lots of cleaning to get them looking good - note to self never have black tiles again . Should be all finished tomorrow in time for OH to go back to work on Monday for a rest .

Sat and wrote all my duty cards while tiles were drying this morning but have now run out of stamps. Bought enough paper yesterday to last several years but Primark had 8m for £1 nearly passed out by the time I'd carried 5 rolls up the 4 floors of the car park .

Roofers didn't come this week as weather was carp but have promised next week am sure the guy should have retired by now fortunately they'll be putting scaffolding up as I would be having kittens if they were up there on a ladder I can't even paint a ceiling :rotfl:.

Enough drivel am off to find the kitchen under all the stuff we had to shift to lay the rest of the floor :rotfl:

Evening Ladies, finally having a proper catch up - only been getting chance for quick catchie ups!! Dont know why??? Mojo had gone walk about but did an easel card a couple of nights ago - they must be easy if I can do one. Totally neglected my blog but craftygranny thank you for the award that is the kick up the bum I need!!! Is it easy to transfer onto my blog??? not had a go yet:o not very techie but will have a go. (p.s. no worries about the swap!)
