TomsMum have a look on youtube, if you search for 'colouring with promarkers' or 'colouring with copic markers' you should find some handy vids!

Just another thought, do a search for 'using watercolour pencils' too.

Thanks Wifey, I never thought of that - not like me as google is my best friend :rotfl: .

I'm all of a dither I think, just heard that OH can't come home today after all, he's developed an infection with a temperature of 103F so he's got to stay in. He's gutted.

TomsMum, sorry to hear your OH isn't coming home. Must be so difficult but if the hospital says he needs to stay where he is it will be for the best. Hope you find some good tips for watercolour pencils. Do these links help...

Rusty, so glad you are safely home. I dread to think what pain you are in, I had the swine flu jab yesterday and my arm is soooo painful. Take lots of care of yourself please xxx

Flourgirl, I love the bags of goodies you've put together for Willow's friends. I am dead jealous of Willow's friends ;)

Padster, have you spied these new bears yet. They are adorable x

Been to Asda this morning with OH and MIL. MIL bought me a slow cooker and mini electric chopper thingie for Xmas. I've been harping on about a slow cooker for ages and now I have one :j :j :j

I've been oh so good and resisted the free p&p at the Glitter Pot :A Love that butterfly punch Gemm, I think it was featured in a Do Crafts magazine a while ago?

Have a good weekend everyone, I am super busy all weekend so doubt I'll have the chance to pop on and busy Monday too. I bought 3 lots of ready meals in Asda today :o to get us through the hellish weekend so I don't have to think about cooking. So we have chicken pasta bake, chinese and chicken casserole with dumplings. Yum, yum and more yum xxx

Thanks so much Rainmac, you're a sweetie! I wasn't being lazy, I've just had a couple of hours playing with my Cuttlebug and finished two nice Christmas cards with the Lace Tree to send to my down-under friends. Just got to get my scanner working before I send them as I like to keep pictures of my cards.

    Hi All,
    What carp news Tom's Mum
Glad you have a different kind of pain Rusty IYKWIM - so long as it's that kind of childbirth pain you forget totally about (yeah right!) you'll be fine :p.

Seen them bears Rainmac - strange how they jumped into my basket all by themselves yesterday afternoon even though I was buying an image for DSDs 18th:eek: card yesterday from a completely different site :rotfl:.

Tried to do a 2 minute job last night to load some music onto DDs new MP3 player but my laptop wouldn't see it - 4 hours later and will see if it works tonight after she goes to bed. :o.

Was in Argos this morning at 9.01 on way to work was packed - thought no one was spending anything on anyone this year  :rotfl::rotfl:

    Hello all !
Got some mini post it's yesterday and going to make some more post it note key rings.
Had my 'primitive' hearts and stars draped all over the table this afternoon trying to work out what order/colour to put them in............gave up in the end...............lol Maybe another day it'll come to me -maybe with a bit of help from OH........would hate to do it all and have him say 'well, I'd have done it differently............':rotfl:

Rusty - do take it easy..........rest as much as you can, hard as it is. That was rotten of the hospital to muck you about like that...........sometimes it seems they don't notice that you're there because you're not well......last thing you need is to feel worse...............do hope you feel better soon.:o
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

  • No crafting for me tonight - have just spent yet another hour on DDs MP3 player - just about managed not to throw it out the window :p. But actually has music on it now!

Have blogged what I made yesterday :D

  • Morning everyone!

Just don't seem to have time to do more than swoop in and read posts at the moment. I'm hosting a few of the boys' friends this afternoon for some crafting - a few Christmas cards and bookmarks coming up!

Hugs and best wishes to everyone who needs them.
