Hi all, thankyou for all the lovely wishes!!

I am actually in less pain!! I am amazed by how long I can stand up without getting the dreaded leg pain ... and that means I should be able to manage the NEC a bit better in MArch!! woooohoooo!!

Not had a chance to catch up properly but have just popped on to say a big thankyou for the beautiful card from BunBun, it arrived safely this morning and is gorgeous!! thankyou xxx

whoo hoo well done rusty . hope it keeps on getting better.

Ali i went to the blog award clicked saved picture as and saved it to my computer . Then add a new post then click layout , add a gadget , then add a picture , wrote blog award then uploaded pic from computer and saved.

probably a much simpler way but that's the only way i could figure it . hth

craftygranny - thank you - will have another try later today.

Also, can I ask, re the free postage at the Glitter pot is there a code or has it finished had a look last night and says postage free for spends over £40 - but didnt want to spend that much!! Thanks all.
  • i havnt been on this thread much recently, been to busy with sorting out christmas etc.. ive made a few cards just need to put them on my blog :)
  • Ali Think the free postage has finished

Mary Thank you so much for the beautiful cards that arrived yesterday. It is much appreciated .

My o/h decided to buy me a new desk for the craft room i think he's now regretting it.everything needs to be packed away before we can take apart the old one and put in the new one. We filled 5 huge boxes last night and it looks like we moved hardly anything. lol.
Never mind i can have a good sort out before it all goes back and should have plenty to offer on crafty place .
Rusty and anyone else i owe stuff to i haven't forgotten . I have a list and am working my way through it . I've just been so busy sorting out alicia and carly.
I did do my atc swap for ali and my card swap for choccy yesterday though. ( about time )

rusty so glad to hear you are finally in less pain! you will be running around the NEC in march and we all won't be able to keep up with you ;) I have started my sealed tin now so will be filling it up with lots of change :D

my butterfly punch arrived yesterday, it's so pretty!! I have been experimenting with scraps of paper but not made anything proper yet, I love how the wings lift up from the page! :)

Got some orders off my mum and brothers GF yesterday so I have about 20 cards to make in the next 2 days (my bread and butter money!) so best get cracking  why is it I never feel like doing my order cards and would just rather mess around with all my pretty stuff :D lol

I have had an idea for a little extra pressie for my mum and dad for xmas, I am going to make sort of a scrapbook page to go in a picture frame for them with pics of their cat who went to sleep a few months ago, have printed out 2 pics I want to use on it today and will be sorting through my stash later to find suitable bits and pieces.

    it's gonna be a looooong day ;)

I am feeling the pressure of card orders too Gemm! Usually I have a massive stock done by September (any left over are for me and my family) - this year, still doing orders and making my own! So behind!!

:ABeing Thrifty Gifty again this year:A

  • It's still here with lots of others ;)
    Lots of bears :D

Thanks paddingtondoo I couldn't for the life of me remember where I found it and furrypig asked about it too! x
