Marg – I decided to get the deckled rectangles, squares, labels 4; and plain rectangles, as I think they will be the ones I use most, and it will be nice not to worry about cutting edges straight!
Popkins – sorry to hear about your mum’s reaction. I’m sure she didn’t mean to upset you and would take the money and send her the gems to stick on herself.
Amazing Christmas card dawnteabag – I’m not nicking the design, but do you have a link to a tutorial to make the actual card shape please?
Welcome to the thread Tom’s mum – looking forward to seeing your creations.
Louby Lou Lou – sending you good wishes for a successful and profitable craft fair. Hope you make loads of money.
Whoopidoo – I’d love to show you my craft desk but it is the dining room table and I have to clear it everyday so we can eat, and then get the whole lot out again when we have finished.
Glittermum – I’ll look out for your card.
Paddingtondoo – well done on all you cleaning. If you want to do more you can always come and do mine for me – I’ll pay you in crafting stash!
Mary - so glad your OH is home and has had the biopsy and all went well. At least next Tuesday you will get the results, I'll be thinking of you. Glad to hear you are feeling better and have had a bit of a crafting session today.
Just received my first order from the Glitterpot and am really impressed with how quickly it comes and the fact you don’t get ripped off on postage. Just realised that it is about 40 minutes away from me, so does anyone know if it is an actual shop to go to and visit or if they just do online sales. If it is a shop I may go and have a look.2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family. It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,0000 -

Thanks for the welcome CT. The Glitter Pot has a shop near Haywards Heath and if that's only 40 minutes from you and you can visit then I think I will cry. I live in a craft desert and have to travel about 1.5 hours to my nearest shop.
I was well impressed with how quickly my order was delivered too, will definitely use them again.0 -

Hi everyone, I'm just flying in and out again
Congratulations Craftygranny on doing so well at the craft fair :T
((Hugs))to Popkins - I'd send the gems and glue to your mum - and charge her extra for them :rotfl:
Mary - good luck for next tuesday, will be thinking of you
Good luck to all those selling at craft fairs :j
((Hugs)) also to anyone who is ill or generally fed up :grouphug:
Fab cards everyone, I still haven't started my christmas cards  as my cold/flu thing has still been making me feel carp up until the last couple of days. I'm away this weekend and am desperately trying to get some christmas shopping done as well0 -

Hi CT I went to the glitterpot a few months agoI expected it to be bigger - the three photos on the website are of the same room and then there are another two smaller rooms as well. Its easy to find (through the town centre and past the hospital), but might take you longer than you think to get there as the A272 can be quite slow - it took me about 40 mins from near Horsham. (Sometimes its handy having relatives in Sussex

I actually enjoy cleaning when I'm in the right mood (usually a bad one:rotfl:) The cat seems to create so much fluff everywhere am dreading moving the big sofa
Should do it more often really.
Have just realised that my shoulder must have been a problem for far longer than I realised but it's now almost back to working properly and have stopped any painkillers - next physio appointment tomorrow morning so will see what she says. Have been a bit lazy with my exercises but am sure housework must count.
Glad your OH is home Mary even if he was starving - he would have been better fed at the police station as they have to feed them every so many hours and cater for all diets or they get fined .
Could really do with a trawl round a decent craft shop only one I've found locally is the range and I object to walking in there unless I'm desperate for a fix :rotfl: Need to find an independent one any suggestions??Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

Thanks for the info skiergirl, i'm in surey so horsham is about 20 minutes away. Was it worth a look, and do you know if things are cheaper on the website or do they have offers in store.

That's kind of you to offer CT, but I'm not sure what I want at the moment. Papers, ribbons and a good old moochey for a start. D-i-l asked today what I wanted for Christmas. I suggested she could buy the Cuttlebug folders I've just ordered, if I can resist them long enough, otherwise I'm going to try to get to Llandudno where there is a big craft shop, pick up a basket and just pop in a bit of what I fancy. It would be nice to know I'm spending someone else's money and not have to worry about having to justify it. If the weather takes a turn for the better I may be able to get up there within the next couple of weeks or so.
