Well OH has taken Leo to his first football match - Liverpool are playing Man City - I sooo hope they win - apparently he said to his Dad that "this is the best day of his life" - and that was before the match had even started. I had hoped to get loads done while they were out, but as usual it just hasn't happened - there's loads of cards to make - I've only made 3 xmas cards so far plus I wanted to make a load of gifts for people.

If anyone lives near Essex - this is going on this weekend:
    http://www.ukscrappers.co.uk/boards/showthread.php?t=279843

Dragonflew - great gift card holders - so much nicer than the ones you get in the shops.

Whoopidoo - beautiful post pals card - I love fairies!!!! Beautiful labyrinth set - I'm sure Megan will love it, its a fab film - I used to quite fancy Bowie in it.

Npsmama - gorgeous exploding box - welcome back!!! Your "upside down" card is lovely.

Craftygranny - its great to hear that both the girls are doing well.

Rusty - I'm not surprised you wee annoyed with your sons school - we've had similar problems with our son's school.

Saveapenny - glad to hear you're okay!!!

Mary - great news that you finally got your appointment sorted!!!!!

Nannyboo - lovely star card - such a thoughtful gift!!!

Rainmac - my card swap arrived today - thank you so much its fabulous!!!! The rabbit is so cute. I promise I'll get yours sorted for next week. Have you managed to find your papers yet - stuff like that drives me crackers? Your calendar is lovely - I really like those xmas papers. Really pretty ASFOS card - love the little flowers and gems!
  • Can i just say a huge Thank You to Rainmac my stash parcel arrived this morning. :D Also can i confirm your missing papers are not inside here... From the inspirational beautiful book that Mary (?) made using Joanna Sheen's 'Dancing with Shadows' I've made a card and it's over on the bloggie I had a little windfall from some shares I had forgotten about and treated myself to the CD. I know I am going to use it time and time again.

I hope all the other poorlies feel better soon.

Melissa, thanks for the info about the open day in Essex.
 Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"!

I think it was oap who made the book - but I could be wrong? Your card is gorgeous!!! Well done on the windfall and treating yourself to a beautiful pressie x

Mel, no I haven't found my papers (but still looking) and it's driving me mad. Honestly have no idea where they are and our house is not mansion proportions so it is actually quite hard to loose things

  • Well my craft fair was a flop! There was tons of people there but they just weren't buying at all. i had such a range as well to suit everyone. I was really looking forward to it as it will be my last one for a while and had spend the whole of friday getting ready for it only stopping for? a quick bite to eat and what for to stand and sell 4 reindeer food and a sock muffin. As i was packing everything away i started to well up but hubby kept saying stop. Then i started to well up again as on the way home he took me to my fav restaurant for dinner i blame it on the pg hormones lol. So he did cheer me up but i was well and truely fed up, i don't have any room to store it as everything was in the babys room and we really must sort it out asap.
:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boys :)
Want to be fit for 30 not fat at 30
