  • Princesswoo - there's also one at the SECC or whatever it's called - am going to talk OH into visiting his mum on a convenient weekend and disappearing for a while.

Congratulations rainmac on your win - will nip over for card swap sign in a minute.

Ohhhhh promarkers craftygranny - that must be what was in the parcel I missed from the posty while I was at the post office :rotfl:. DD has made some xmas cards and I've just finished a scarf for my Alicia box there's still a bit of room though so will get cracking later on in the week once I've finished the hat and scarf for DD's rabbit (not a real one) :D.

I know you're not reading this flourgirl but have popped something in the post to you today - don't know when you'll get it - the poor woman in the post office was offering me all sorts of special delivery options and looked very harrassed.

Haven't done last months CP prize winner yet - DD got sent to bed early for attitude so will do it later :p
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended :p

Just updated the blog with some cards for Alicia, they actually look better in the daylight.
 Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"!

  • THE-WIFE they are fab, the ones i am doing for her look so simple well they would be but the stickers won't stick so i have got to find some glue from some where around the house to stick them on. I always buy the very sticky hi-tack glue from lakeland. I have just ran out, It is about the only craft item in my not so local store that they stock, i do miss the bargains i got from there.
:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boys :)

Kim_Possible - beautiful box and card - I'm sure your neighbour will love it. Your notebox is fab too - I might try and make one myself!

Princesspoppypop - congratulations - glad you are feeling better - my morning sickness was horrible with Elliot! Funny thing is I was only physically sick a couple of times, but I felt sick constantly. April 17 th is a fabulous due date - its my birthday!!!

Rainmac - congratulations on your win - can you post some of your luck to me - I seem to be entering loads but have had no success?????

Sh3ri3 - Ive never made a bookatrix card - I've seen a few that people have made on here and the effects are stunning.

Saveapenny - its great to hear from you - I wondered where you'd been! Sorry to hear you've been having such a rubbish time - I can't believe that woman was so petty!! At least you know where you stand legally now so can put it all behind you - it must have been quite scary!

Dragonflew - fab xmas cards - I love how Rudolph is sitting on your cutout with his legs dangling. Your others cards are gorgeous too - I love your paper folded xmas tree.

The_Wife - lovely cards - the cat ones are my favourite.

Well - I have decided that I MUST get some circle punches and spent last night looking through loads of sites that I'd never seen before. I haven't bought any yet - I still haven't figured out which would be the cheapest taking the postage into account - I'll let you know my results!

sorry to hear you have had a rough time saveapenny. some people really have nothing better to do and there is no need to be so malicious.

sorry too about your pumpkin craftygranny. my two would be in so much trouble if they did something like that but I would hope that they wouldn't.

I bought the fiskars circle cutter from Home Bargains today. it is quite small but will do me until I get some nesties:D they also had star, oval, tag and heart ones. I might go back and get the star one.

Melissa - ooh let us know your results!! I too have been looking for punches and the glitter pot didnt seem to bad although not many scalloped circles in stock - so emailed them to see when they would be back in but not had any reply yet - will let you all know if they reply.

Well my hubby never fails to amaze me - he read through a Joanna Sheene news email that was received today and read about the NEC that was mentioned and was looking at their website - when I walked in (i pretended I hadnt seen) but curiosity got the better and had to ask what he had been looking at and asked if I wanted to go (I have never mentioned it) - I was very shocked to say the least - but then he saw the prices for parking and entrance and changed his mind - Oh well maybe next year!! Dont know if it was the prices or me reminding him of all the ladies at Harrogate that changed his mind!!!
