The Cards for our Forces challenge is due to end tomorrow Tues about 6pm and as soon as I can after that I will post a list of who I think has entered. I've only received cards from 4 people so far though I believe more cards are on their way. So can you please let me know if your name isn't on the list & it should be.
    OR
I had even wondered about leaving it running another week? What do you think?

I think its a good idea to let it run another week Marg. Everyone seems to want to try and do more than one to send you and it will give them more time. So I'm in favour

I think that's a good idea - I've done 2 so far and want to do at least another couple (am planning on getting the most from my large letter stamp :rotfl::rotfl:)

    Hi Paddingtondoo,
I hope you can help me, whenever I try and print any of the freebies like the pollycraft ones they always printout huge, I'm a novice as you can tell, so can you tell me what I need to do to print them out in the correct size for card making please? when I try to use the custom size option they appear the right siz e on screen but still print out as big as an A4 sheet,
    where o where am I going wrong?

    I'll try and help :p.
I use open office rather than microsoft word but expect it's the same or similar:
    Open the image
Copy into word or open writer
Right click on image select "image and size" tick keep ratio box and then resize to something around the 3 1/2 by 2 1/2 inches (the size is up to you)
Then copy and paste the image so I have about 6 on a page save and print.

HTH am sure someone who uses word will be able to help coz I don't know what the options are called on there

5k on competitions, wow, that's so impressive, was it really hard work?

Well I worked out I won once per over 1000 competitions entered so you can't do it with a 'normal' job lol...but you get the chance to win super things for free.... you can also stop doing it for ages without guilt when you aren't so well so it was perfect for me.. until I started actually spending money getting cardmaking stuff.... and making cards.... suddenly there isn't so much time :rotfl:

    Morning everyone xxxxxxx

    *hugs*

Myz I am soooo impressed by 5K in a year thru comps wow!!

Was about 7K worth of stuff not the actual cash ;)

..I made it 5K for if I'd bought the things I won ... thriftily as I do hehe.. I enter comps mostly for things that we want so it's nice to have them just turn up

My fave was definitely seeing Kraftwerk in Manchester the other month though that was ace  ... was my first concert and I was amazed I was well enough to go  hehe
