sorry to hear about your accident Skiergirl, glad youre ok

mumhug I'm not really a dog person but your puppy looks so sweet :)

Marg I am posting off my troops cards to you tomorrow x
  • well after an awful day at work i can't remember what i have read again. unfortunatly i have had to become involved in a friend/ work mate issues today but feel i could have done more. practically i know i couldn't actually do anything but i can't shake the feeling that i let them down. she now faces disaplinary (sp). my head is blar now. this has helped writing this down though.
  • Today's creations on my blog - only managed 2 though :o.
Had grand plans to do some more troops cards but it all went pear shaped - will try harder tomorrow - plus DD is at after school basketball so have an extra hour.

When you said you had post it notes all over the place Mary - I got a vision of that scene in Bruce Almighty :rotfl::rotfl:

Thanks Gemma - I did it the other way round - decided roughly what I was going to do then found challenges it fitted and tweaked it hence the swirls rather than the swiss dots embossing :rotfl:.

I also follow a couple of blogs where they do a lot of combined ones :c)

Skiergirl - So sorry to hear about your accident & very glad you & OH weren't badly hurt.

Flourgirl - Love the 'new improved' version

Padster - great cards well done on the combining of challenges

CGC - What a stressful situation for you (and your colleague) this sort of thing can be very hard for all concerned you don't go to work to walk on eggshells. (((hugs))) & hope it is soon resolved.

Mumhug - Hope you don't mind me suggesting - a warm hot waterbottle wraped in Izzy's blanket may comfort her (feels like her mum/brothers/sisters) and/or a clock that ticks to simulate a heatbeat. Hope you have a better night tonight.

Mary-op - had to chuckle your description sounds so like my spare/craftroom:rotfl:

The Cards for our Forces challenge is due to end tomorrow Tues about 6pm and as soon as I can after that I will post a list of who I think has entered. I've only received cards from 4 people so far though I believe more cards are on their way. So can you please let me know if your name isn't on the list & it should be.
    OR
I had even wondered about leaving it running another week? What do you think?
