That papermania stash is great value for money - I have quite a bit of it and it's great if you're starting out but if you have a Basic Grey addiction you might find it a bit flat.

Great range of colours and designs - I use lots of it as I don't have to cut up my "best" stuff then.

Check the craftsuperstore sale page as a lot of those papers are reduced - 6x6 99p!

Naughty padster!! I am gonna spend a fortune now! (yay for sales! :D thanks really hi by the way nice 2 "see" you :D)

eta: thanks Melissa, I hated the page the whole time I was doing it, nothing went right, I trashed the cardstock, had to print the photo 3 times, the stitching went wrong, even Goofy's flipper fell off but when it was done, I actually really liked it too :D worth the perseverance!

    I can't see a linky . I have calendars - thanks Skier :D

Sorry I didn't add a url cos I thought all you would do is cover the coaster/beermat with paper and stick on a calendar and some kind of embellishment ;)

lol at paddington . I just said that to my o/h i buy loads then i don't have to cut up my best stuff. He said why do you have best stuff surely it's all just to cut and stick. Think i'll have to take him out and show him how much the best stuff costs . That should shut him up or kill him.lol.

He thinks promarkers are expensive even at half price.

Myz i'm really tempted by the 2 packs as you get pastel and vintage and you get other things in the packs as well as papers . The vintage would be great for your nan i reckon and pastel are so versatile you can use them for anything lol.

Cool that's the one I chose in the end as it comes with other bits and bobs. I *very* nearly bought both but I stopped myself as I don't know whether I'll be doing much 'real' scrapbooking as the digi scrapbooking is sooo easy :rotfl:
Just posted a packet to you so watch for the postie myz

So excited... so is Little Myz ... I made the mistake of telling her someone had offered to send a few stamped images... d'oh lol :rotfl:

Speaking of little myz she's made a summer card... although I think her idea of shoving the word sunshine over the sunny mr happy wasn't A Good Thing but I can't say I'm very intuitive myself so who knows :o ... I'll try to upload it to crafty place but don't hold your breath lol

I don't have an anything addiction... as I say I usually buy bargain lots from Ebay from people who have given up/have too much stash and are being prodded by their OH to downsize..so I sort of work with what i gots.... hehe ... *cough* ... *penny pincher*

O/T I have clothes in my wardrobe that I am saving 'for best' but when 'best' arrives they don't fit or don't go with other stuff!! It's the way we were brought up, school uniform, 1 or 2 'best' outfits, & playing out clothes (aka outgrown 'best' stuff)!

It's the same with paper - one day that miracle card requirement will appear that is special enough to cut into the 'best' paper!

:rotfl:Ooh! & I've just spotted pigs flying over our house:rotfl:

Ha ha ha, that's how I was bought up, things for best and things for every day. I tend to now wear and use what I have so doing the opposite of what my mum taught me, I am such a rebel :p

And why would that be missus, not working in a bar by any chance ;););)

I haven't tested it yet to make sure the calendars I have fit but I think they will. I've got these.

How are you and little miss rusty doing today? You did say you fancied doing the next challenge, are you up for it or would you rather do it some other time given you have a poorly girlie to look after? I've found a cracking challenge for the next card swap on Crafty Place, well I think it's good, another slightly 'outside of comfort zone' one so I hope you're all ready to sign up :D
