How are you and little miss rusty doing today? You did say you fancied doing the next challenge, are you up for it or would you rather do it some other time given you have a poorly girlie to look after? I've found a cracking challenge for the next card swap on Crafty Place, well I think it's good, another slightly 'outside of comfort zone' one so I hope you're all ready to sign up

Thanks Mrs I have them in the basket .... a bit of spending will do me good and I can blame lack of sleep if OH asks lol

Miss Rusty is really bad today she managed to eat a yoghurt and the inside of a bit of toast but hasn't really drank anything so I need to try and get more down her. we went for a walk around the block in her pushchair to give her some fresh air and she is now in bed, although probably only for 45 mins as that seems the norm for sleeping patterns lately we had a very bad night last night and then was woken by the phone this morning!! GRRRR ...

I am ready for another challenge, although I must confess I still have one trifold card to make, I was supposed to do it sunday morning when OH took DD out, but DD ended up staying with me and with her being poorly and so needy I haven't had a chance.

when do we get the new challenge? I want to be first to sign up!!

Oh that's horrid.... re: phone calls unplug the phone and put your mobile on silent so you'll be alerted if someone needs you? Otherwise should be quiet- unless you live somewhere like here and then the kids scream outside all day every day :rolleyes:

Rusty - I think maybe rainmac meant setting the fortnightly challenge on here? I think you mentioned a childrens card a bit back?

I've bagged the one after yours for the "cards for the forces" Hamish told us about I've got the info I need if you want to swap order. PLEASE don't think I'm pushing in. 'Cos to set it you've only got to tell us what to do at this stage haven't you?

My mind is always busy thinking what I need to do that I'm not getting done :rolleyes:

I have loads of mats, well 20 I think as a site had a sale ages ago and were selling 10 for £1. I was intending on using them for mini quote/scrapbooks but like lots of my ideas, they stay as ideas as I never get round to the actual making :rolleyes: Thought the post-it note holders and calendars were a lovely gift idea for Xmas (and I already have the materials).

My Crafty Place challenge will start on Tuesday . I meant you said you wanted to set the next card challenge on here after Gemm's finished. If you don't want to now, don't worry about it

We have a storm here at the moment and the TV has stopped working. Managed to sort DS1 out with his new school shoes this morning so that's all uniform got. So expensive :rolleyes:

Oh I am so sorry please forgive me as my mind is in tatters and I misread Rainmacs comment.

Marg please could you do your forces challenge this time please? and I will do something next time maybe? I really don't think I could get organised to set this one and keep tabs on all of the entries.

I ordered these ... or rather choccy sent up her naughty elves and they ordered it for me, it is part of the magnolia stamp club which has now changed from taking orders to being dispatched so hopefully I shall have mine soon. I am so excited!

wasn't me that posted the papermania link jammy - you can spend for me I've put my credit card in the freezer for the next month .

Sorry rainmac being dim this morning - have rashly invited friends for tea on Thursday so have been tidying up - why did I let OH buy a glass dining table .

Have just spend the last 3 days trying to empty the pond as the drain cover at the bottom bust - in true MSE stylie fixed with a plastic storage box and some bricks - have told OH never to complain about my box buying problem :rotfl:. He nearly jumped a mile when he was stood in the bottom and one of the fish swam past and nibbled his hand .

Have finally started the mini scrapbook for my mum's birthday - 2 pages almost done and 7 more plus covers to go - have been using sketch challenges for layouts as am having enough trouble picking paper without having to design as well

I LOVE that card, isn't it brilliant!!! Do you know when Magnolia is releasing new Winter/Christmas stamps?

Please don't apologise, I don't know how you are able to keep your eyes open after the tiny amount of sleep you are currently surviving on Marg, would you like to do your challenge now or we could have a challenge free fortnight? What do you think?
