    Forgot -

    HEALTH

Get myself weighed, may use Boots so can get a print out, as dd has to eat healthy at school, promised her start eating properly, and eventually get my rear into gear and look at weight.

Blood test - got blood test nxt week to see whether my sugar level has balanced out.

Book the dreaded smear test, I absolutely hate it, it really freaks me out, worse as I'm on yearly recalls, I had precancerous cells, 10yrs ago, had them lasered away, was 3 sets of 6 monthly, now yearly, touch wood every year has been clear, but doesn't make it any better. (only a yr late!!).

Slowly getting their, think once the 1st loan payment gone, know its on way, just need to do little and manageable chunks get there. xx

    Thats a date....
Its the 29th Sept, dreading the party, at least its at a sports hall, they do all the arrangeing, the playing of games, and bouncy castle. Not bad £45 for hire and 2 staff to do the party. xx

  • Oh almost snap M21 DS in 7 the day before on the 28th. Going to have a really downsizing party this years due to funds. He wants/needs a bike so that will clear the budget in one go even with grandparants helping.

Well done on booking the smear. Try thinking its 2-5 mins of discomfort and a bit of pain that could save alot of heartache in the future.

Parties get worse, we use to have the Wacky Warehouse, but that was coming in at £7.00 ph. The sports hall £45, the food, party bags etc, we did last year for £45. Me personally I would rather spend that on the presents.
Admitaddly, we got a lot of the party stuff from Woolworths (when they closed), and the Jan sales.

Shes haveing a laptop, thou its a joint bday/xmas prezzie with mum/dad, did have plan A, using Amazon vouchers from a bingo...ings company, but they changed their terms + conditions, basically closeing the loophole!!

    Good luck with the bike.

Have to confess haven't booked it yet, but its on the to do list, once got nxt wk out of way, dd back at school, parents open meeting with the headmaster!!! THAT WILL BE FUN, dentist appointment, then that. Totally agree saveing future heartache, couldn't go through that again.

Good news, have saved some money...

Currently pay £29.99 a month for AOL, (had a free laptop - 2yrs ago), knew I was out of contract, bluffed and said Id been offered £9.99 with BT, after all the "your a valued customer, blah, blah......" they reduced it on the spot to
    £6.99
includes all my landline calls for free, unlimited useage, basically, exactly the same package.
