I wonder why in this list
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/travel/beat-budget-airline-charges
It says that Wizz air admin charge is £14 ?
Wizz Air £14
I am fully aware that if you pay by bank transfer it does not cost at all. Have I missed something here ?
I understand that if you pay by bank transfer you are not protected by section 75 (for item cost more than £100) or possible charge back that you might get using debit card. But if you are buying a ticket for under £50 I believe most people will not care about this additional protection.
Any input, plausible explanation will be highly appreciated.0 -

Isn't the £14 admin fee something that is applied to all fares regardless of means of payment? These days it is included in the final fare. easyJet do the same.0 -
Recently, MSE expert Martin told us all how to get the best and cheapest flights with easyjet.
I use EJ regularly and have done for the last 14 years. I have never paid more than £100 return for flights from Luton - Malaga return.
This year 2016 the price of this flight in Mid Sept has over doubled. I have contacted EJ on numerous occasions to find out why the increase. The standard response is to do with 'dynamic pricing and demand'..... Utter nonsense.
EJ have just announced the closing of their sale. Their FB page is full of complaints re: The huge increase in prices. Indeed, some people have reported the sale price was actually more expensive that the pre sale price on some routes.
I thought EJ was a budget airline. The prices they are now charging take them out of that bracket. I'd like to ask MSE to investigate the price increases as quite honestly apart from greed, there is no reason.
Finally, one last point .. I have just booked a transatlantic flight with Virgin JFK to H'row for £150 one way in April. EJ want £110 for a flight from Malaga to Luton in mid Sept.0 -
Easyjet may want £110 one way for a date in september, but you can fly return in september for around £100....Political?....I dont do Political....well,not much!0
