URGH!!!

How annoying is the RE website??!! I spent hours submitting my 3 assignments to them last night - it took me from 7pm to nearly midnight to do it because the pages kept freezing and I had to wait forever for each section to load. Now they've sent the forms back to my account to ask me to "finalise" them because the receipts and photos didn't upload properly due to their crappy website. And of course now its taking me hours again to load the pages in order to re-submit the images.

I AM SO FED UP AND CRANKY!!

Quick question. Does the minimum spend for petrol jobs come out of the reimbursement?

Yes, the fee includes the minimum spend. (sorry!)

It is soo quiet, this happens tho. Got 5 to do tomorrow then 11 booked for rest of the week and only 1 the following week:eek: Well a few bookies after that but nothing. Have a few day off me thinks.

I have a problem with RE, and wondered if anyone else had a similar problem.

I did two bookie jobs, the weekend before last. Both submitted on time without a problem. On both assignments, I had an email on Monday saying there was a proofreading query, but the place where it should state the query was blank. I emailed back asking what the problem was, no reply.

The jobs disappeared from my pending payments and to date have not been paid. I have tried sending messages through the website, I have emailed the contact for the assignments, and I have emailed their "general" email addresses. No response. In one of the emails, I raised another query about another job, which they replied to, but completely ignored the query about my missing jobs. I have emailed them every day last week, and just been completely ignored.

I am getting fed up of this now, and am not sure what to do next. Would appreciate any advice.

I got an email from Gap today saying that they are unable to offer me any shops at a red high street designer discount store which has up to 70% off designer brands. Thing is, I've never done one of these for Gap, and have never seen an option to do it? But I have done one for ABA-i. I'm confused. Are they the same company?

Evening everyone!

I've just done my first RE job, an underground shop, and upon submitting my report it asked for a picture of the front of the store. On the assignment notes it said that you no longer need a picture so I rather naughtily took a screenshot from Google Streetview and added that. The other thing is it said you had to take a picture of the sandwich which I did but it did not ask for the picture of the sarnie.....has anyone else come across this?

It wasn't a good report either, the sandwich was good but the staff more than a little surly.

And sorry if this has been asked a trillion times before but does anyone have an idea how long it will take to come off probation? Is it just one job? There's another underground shop near me available but I can't accept it because of being on probation and only allowed one job at a time
