Although I said I'd completed them - I forgot about the "follow up" reports that you have to do as well ... grrr! I strated with my RE uploads/reports at 8.30pm - it is now midnight! And they are were just finalisation of ones I did yesterday!
I guess we all get from a day at work and MS'ing and do all our reports at once. You do think though that if they know they have that many shoppers, they would have a website that can cope with it!Slowly working towards earning enough money (through various ventures) to live unworriedly, treat my family and sleep under a lovely roof. x0 -
On top of that - I just entered my results and straight away a query thing came up - I've never seen one of these bofore, but how can they have a query immediately that my report is entered? Especially when the office is closed?!Slowly working towards earning enough money (through various ventures) to live unworriedly, treat my family and sleep under a lovely roof. x0

I did two bookie jobs, the weekend before last. Both submitted on time without a problem. On both assignments, I had an email on Monday saying there was a proofreading query, but the place where it should state the query was blank. I emailed back asking what the problem was, no reply.
The jobs disappeared from my pending payments and to date have not been paid. I have tried sending messages through the website, I have emailed the contact for the assignments, and I have emailed their "general" email addresses. No response. In one of the emails, I raised another query about another job, which they replied to, but completely ignored the query about my missing jobs. I have emailed them every day last week, and just been completely ignored.
I am getting fed up of this now, and am not sure what to do next. Would appreciate any advice.
I too had a proof reading query from RE relating to a bookie job. I emailed them asking what it was, and a week after doing the visit, I have an email back asking me to describe a certain member of staff! A week has gone by, and in the world of MS-ing, that's a long time! I've seen a lot of people since then. I tried my best to remember, and they have added the funds into my next payment date. I've seen a couple other people having queries with the bookies. I do wander if they only do it to hope and catch you out, so they get the 2 quid that you have bet and you get nothing! The thing that bugged me, is that they could have looked through the video footage to find the answer. They would've done if I hadn't turned up and submitted a fake report!

I've just done my first RE job, an underground shop, and upon submitting my report it asked for a picture of the front of the store. On the assignment notes it said that you no longer need a picture so I rather naughtily took a screenshot from Google Streetview and added that. The other thing is it said you had to take a picture of the sandwich which I did but it did not ask for the picture of the sarnie.....has anyone else come across this?
It wasn't a good report either, the sandwich was good but the staff more than a little surly.
And sorry if this has been asked a trillion times before but does anyone have an idea how long it will take to come off probation? Is it just one job? There's another underground shop near me available but I can't accept it because of being on probation and only allowed one job at a time
For the shop picture upload, that is where you upload your food pic. You report sounds very similar to 2 of my reports to the underground shop. Cracking food (as always!!!) but the staff are dire. No conversation skills and they look as gloomy as the weather. We're in a recession! People should be trying to hold on to their jobs. Lord knows there's plenty of others out there who would find the job a right cushy little number. It's not like these people are slaving away in a factory from 8 till 6 is it?
*PLAY LAND OF HOPE AND GLORY*
Remember, this is why we're here people! So that when you get served by the kind of people like myself and hungryhugryhippo did, we can respond. This hobby/job that we can MS-ing is our platform to make this great nation, once again, the leader in customer service and damn right pleasentness. We are the voice, we are the eyes of the shopper and WE ARE going to make a difference!!!

Same happened to me. I was asked to describe a member of staff in a posh sandwich shop a week after I had been there.
All I could remember was that "she had legs."
The RE person at the end of the phone wasn't impressed.

.
I did email RE regarding it, and I asked why this couldn't be raised sooner as it is obviously not an easy thing to remember after a week, and I had a pathetic email back saying 'we do get a lot of reports and these take time!' . This was including the exclamation mark. Cheeky beggars. That's not my problem, employ some more staff then to do the job. A query was raised last Tuesday, and I had an email today asking to detail the staff member. Why couldn't I have been asked when the query was raised?0
