I think it's because a betting shop disputed what I reported (which wasn't good, but wasn't that bad either!) and I refused to change it because what I reported was true. I am starting to become very disillusioned with the whole thing to be honest, and am seriously wondering if the only way to stay with these companies is to only ever send in good reports :rolleyes:. Why do they always take the client's employees word over the MS'er? Isn't it obvious that if they haven't given good service and receive a bad report then they will lie through their back teeth to try to get out of it?

OMG that is terrible Squidge - can you PM me the name of the fish place so I dont ever go there - dont need that sort of grief - I did read your earlier posts about it and it is totally out of order!
Not your week is it - I dont think you are the only one who is disillusioned - Ive decided not to do any more crap jobs for slave pay - Im not that desperate for a few pence and a fattening bit of grub!.
Ive had queries this week from another company asking me to give answers to questions that were not even asked too. If it isnt on the original questionairre why are they then asking more questions.
Anyway - rant over - going out for a nice family meal tonight and can totally relax and enjoy it as its not a job!

If you have a copy of the email then check its "properties". Im not at all teccie but you might get some info from there - i can hardly believe this, just hoping that Qwerty, Pennies or myself dont get caught the same way, (or anyone else who is in our area come to that). I personally would be inclined to contact the HO of the restaurant and make them aware as whoever did this is obviously trying to hide the fact that their service and food are crap. Sure the big wigs wont appreciate that - and I would let the MS co know what you are doing in an attempt to clear your name.

I missed out on the upload this morning and I do prefer it being in the evening. However, I'm out this evening as having a meal, so purely for selfish reasons, I hope they do it in the morning and I'll just have to log on before work! Lol!

Yeah if you don't mind PM'ing me too Squidge that would be grand, I'll certainly be avoiding them from now on. I'd like to see RE get rid of the next one that comes up for them. That'll teach 'em for taking the restaurants word for it!

Well, I'm in London Fri & Tues & will have plenty time for sandwich shops etc, so I'm afraid that virtually guarantees there will be none till mid next week
