Grats on bagging a donut shop, I did one a month or two ago, and, like many RE jobs, I never see them anymore - I wish they'd tell you in the notes "if you accept this job, you will never be able to MS Donut shop Ltd for Re again in the future", or whatever.
    Gonna PM you ....... ;)

Not a good MSing week for me :(.

I had a large payment stopped by RE last week for a posh fish meal because they say the client received a letter of complaint, which I definitely didn't send ....... and then today I get sacked by Gap .

I think it's because a betting shop disputed what I reported (which wasn't good, but wasn't that bad either!) and I refused to change it because what I reported was true. I am starting to become very disillusioned with the whole thing to be honest, and am seriously wondering if the only way to stay with these companies is to only ever send in good reports . Why do they always take the client's employees word over the MS'er? Isn't it obvious that if they haven't given good service and receive a bad report then they will lie through their back teeth to try to get out of it?

Have you taken the RE complaint any further after all, If you didn't send the letter, surely RE should give you the benefit of the doubt?

With regards to GAP, I no longer do the betting shops (out of choice), as I just felt so obvious, especially having to spend 15 minutes in there. I also don't do the burgers or chicken (too many points, I am currenly doing Weight Watchers!! :o), I occasionally do the pizza ones and take the kids with me, not very often though.

The only Gap jobs I do are the stamps ones, as they are such easy money and very little travelling, the red shops, petrol, and the occasional phone shop. I like their reports, and will sometimes take a burger in exchange for lots of local jobs in return, but, they don't seem to have any backbone when submitting any slightly negative reports.

Must admit, my favourites are any job with Aba-i, and the audits with the not to be mentioned company. (regular money also).

Take care, and let me know when you all meet up again, I am only down the road from you over the Essex border. X

Oh no, poor squidgy :( Have Gap sacked you from everything or just from bookies? I haven't had any problems with them so far but I do dislike the way they seem to treat their shoppers by sacking them at the drop of the hat and not taking the shoppers word.

Any news from RE regarding their investigation about the letter?
  • Hi, I have recently registered with RE but am having problems logging in. I have my username and password saved, but each time I log in, it just keeps me on the login page. Any idea what I am doing wrong, or am I just being thick lol?

    Dead chuffed about it :D

Sorry to hear your news squidgeum. I always feel like I stick out in the bookies too. If there are female staff in, I think they take pity on me and we end up chatting about the weather and stuff :o
Here I go again on my own....
