Did anyone pick up any of the comparison visits on RE for the two sandwiches? They were listed under the French ones but then it said in the notes that the other store would be added to your account afterwards. Just curious as the original fee was half the amount normally offered for sandwiches - wasn't sure what they'd 'top it up' by when the second assignment came in!

I'm hoping that there's going to be a load of new jobs on for September at the start of the month next week as I seem to be having a REALLY dry spell :(

What other companies do phone shops? I thought the fee for gyp ones are ok, not too bad for 15 minutes work and a small report!! Dont beat me down if u dont agree!!!:p

I've done phone shops for Grassroots too. I've found the gyp ones to take the same effort as these but are just over half the fee.

I don't mind doing them for gyp though, one of the better ones I'd say.
  • From my experience they are a lot easier to do than other companies and the results are easier to fill out too!!
Yes, I like the Gap phone shops too, simple to do, and easy paperwork for the fee.

How do you know that? Do you have a contact on the "inside"?

First of all, I'm not being obnoxious or rude. You are. How dare you come on here when the reason for my original complaint was about RE software not working properly and excuses that seemed to suggest that my reports were adequate. It had nothing to do with my reporting procedures. Read my later posts - other people have the same problem with report boxes not turning green from red.

Secondly, on this forum I was reporting factual answers, based on the query raised in the post about the difference between subjective and objective answers. I know that steak can be overcooked but the word' overcooked' is still a subjective answer coming from a customer. Apparently, we're not supposed to be 'customers' we're supposed to be MS reporters. I'm saying that this approach has less value to the client. A factual answer (H&S inspector style) would be a description of how the steak looked - 'overcooked' is not a description, it's an opinion. Brown, with black round the edges' is a description.

So why don't you read my brief properly instead of coming on here and pre-judging those you've never even met.

The point all along was this: subjective 'customer' comments are of more value to the client than factual ones.

You have to admit though the ones like me trying to be helpful were pointing you in the direction of answering only what you are asked to look for.

Like what was the relevance of you having a lager after your visit. My point was that wasn't relevant.

Many of these pharmacies are very small. But my reading of the brief was you are asked
    Were the windows clean
    Were the displays tidy
Were there any special promotion and what were they.

All things the staff can control and be responsible for.

What is very important with pharmacies is accurately reporting too advice you are given. So this scenario asks you to purchase a product which as a qualified nurse I know is contra-indicated if you have asthma or gastric problems and the assistant should always ask if you have those conditions.

I admit you are experienced at reports. I am too. But doing nursing reports which also require us to make subjective judgements..ie the patient appears depressed.

Maybe you are right and I am wrong but my view of MS'ing is we are not trained professionals but rather we report on the experience a normal customer would experience.

To sum up I am not asked if the pharmacy was large, bright and spacious. I think the client already knows some of them are tiny.
