Did anybody do any work for 'the company that musn't be named' (beginning with A) at the beginning of the month? If so, have you received an invoice yet please?

Nope, not yet! I imagine we might get the invoice through at the end of the month? I did get an invoice through for 15th of this month but that was for another job for them.

I'm over 35 so too old for them  ... I still use a mobile phone so don't see why the age restrictions!

I've done phone shops for Grassroots too. I've found the gyp ones to take the same effort as these but are just over half the fee.

I don't mind doing them for gyp though, one of the better ones I'd say.

I remember about a year ago doing them for TNS and giving out reward vouchers to the staff if they mentioned certain phones and features. Great I thought! I took all the ones close to where I live and handed out 2 of the vouchers......only problem is they have not forgotten me so I can`t go back in for other companies. One of em even waves every time I walk by the shop!!

Regarding the GAP phone shops, any ideas why theirs fee is less than half of the other MSing companies.

Now let's see. Could it be because they are stingy gits perhaps.

I'm 41 and I guess we're just not "with it" anymore! And to think I was told that the pub only allowed over 21's in on the weekend and that the barmaid could not serve me. It later transpired that she thought the two kids (aged around 10 and 8) next to me were mine. They were someone elses. I had a moment of pure glee. And it really did last just a very short moment.

There's always the old people's homes visits on Corporate Research International! I've done two of them and they pay over 10 times a RE basic fee. American company so they pay into paypal account and within 2 weeks. Sign yourself up. They're fab. You have to pretend you have an elderly parent that needs nursing care. YOU HAVE TO BE OVER 43. Although when I emailed and said I was 41 they said it was okay.

I did a couple of jobs right at the very very end of July, and I had my invoice last week. In fact, I'm expecting payment any day now.

Or try ESA as they have funeral home visits. I am not sure whether to apply as I hate these gloomy places.
