Afternoon all!
Pigpen, I'd have gone nuts! My older 2 are playing atm & the baby is asleep so it's all quiet here for a moment...
Today I have done my ironing. Frankly, I think I should get a star for the empty basket
Have tidied DS1 room with his help.
Not a lot else as baby has been quite whingy.

Never too late to start.. just follow the list for Thursday and the list for Friday will be up this evening.. welcome!
I now have a fairly reasonable kitchen, a fairly ok except for the curtain pole hanging off middle room an 'it'll do' front room which WILL be having more work done.. a bathroom and loo devoid of dirty laundry, a pounding headache, a crippling stomach ache and I am TOTALLY pee'd off which means everyone is getting a lashing with the sharp side of my tongue.
DS2 sent off to shop with a list
Catbox sent off to my sister.. she is kitten catching.. if anyone wants one we have 3 needing homes.. about 10-11 weeks.. they are furry! and coot and ickle puddy tats!!
2 loads of laundry done needing to be hung out, DW been on thrice and is reloaded with remaining dirty bits.
Need a new handle for my pressure cooker which shattered on me earlier.
Need a new heating element for my TD as that's died.. it is under warranty but as always I can't find the paperwork!
Off to yell at DD2 because she hasn't cleaned out the rabbits despite being asked 4 times.. and I have now had enough.. I always do them and today I don't want to but they niff.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Oooh, girls and guys, I think I was made for this thread! Not sure how it all works, but I'm happy to join up... seriously lacking the motivation to get into housework thanks to family problems, but it's gotta be done!
I have the day off work tomorrow so bring on Friday's list...

Johanne you are right, it is a scam. He's asked us to wire the deposit and first months rent to someone we trust and to send him the receipt as proof that we have the money, which is exactly what the article said would happen. I was expecting to be a con but am a bit disappointed it turned out to be one. Ah well, such is life.
DH says we should report him to watchdog - any other ideas of who to report him to? Got any suggestions anyone?"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."
