However I do use mine to heat the kitchen, dry the washing, press lots of the clothes, don't have a microwave, toaster or kettle so try to get the max out of it:o
For me the whole thing is more about waste than anything else, I don't intend to ever have another cooker so in terms of manufacturer, distribution, landfill it helps.
Try to remember the three R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) are in order of important, recycling is really the one but last resort l***fillThe birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
I've put anothe load of washing on & hung another load out. That should be the washing done now i just need to dry it all.0

Back to flying and not done much, physically on a go slow today. I've got lots of bits at the moment which affected me sleeping and they always make me feel a bit fluy.
Stripped our bed and washed the linen
Two phone calls made
Wash one on the line
Plan is to have a quick hoover round down stairs then do lunch (pancakes to the kids delight, only because we have no bread) before hoovering upstairs.
Swimming for DS3 later
Hugs to everybody with poorly pets - there seem to be a lot of us in the situation right nowThe birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

He is a lazy lazy git. Last night we said we would sort out the kids rooms and get rid of the ill fitting clothes today plus the broken toys. He also hasn't done last nights dishes but I am resisting the urge to do them. 3 mins intil my HHC.
Really trying to not lose the plot with him as i will just make myself more ill. stupid stupid pig cold which he does't have as he has no temperature he is just apparently 'tired'MF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/20000 -
Dolly - I dont think your unreasonable at all - he lives there too - he can help!
Thanks Jo, i do almost everything as i'm a SAHM and he works full time and it's not very often he helps out! i just know that i won't have the energy or strength tomorrow to deal with any mess that he might not have cleaned up.
for example, our laundry basket is in our room and almost daily i have to pick up HIS clothes off the floor and put them in the basket, numerous times i have told him to put them in the basket, he says he will but never does..... i am thinking that i might start leaving his clothes on the floor and when he complains that he hasn't any clothes then i can tell him, it's his own fault for not putting dirty stuff in the basket! :rotfl:0
