Hello everyone, sorry for my late appearance yet again but DH has only just gone to work as it was raining this morning.
This morning I've done nearly all my dailies (need to wash up still and possibly do some laundry if the last lot is dry) and have put away some of the Mr T shopping which arrived in time for me to have some of it for breakfast (yay!) and have put all the numbers from my mobile in my address book in case anything happens to my phone and have done some of my French with DH. Have had a good morning actually, been quite productive. Have also redone my chart for penpals cos the old one was getting tatty and I couldn't see who to write to next.

Love to all, will go and catch up now

Feeling a bit pleased with myself now (hope it's not a case of pride before a fall), but I went on the techie board and managed to download a programme that has got rid of my stupid Personal Antivirus malware. :jHaven't been able to let OH know, but hope he's pleased when he finds out - he was very worried last night, and thought it was going to cost lots to fix, and even better, the download was free! Just had to post here to share my good news.

Well done to all of you who've been flying - think I'll do a HHC after lunch - hopefully this'll get all, or at least most, of the kitchen done.

    sexymouse xx

    Well done:T:T:T:T

:mad:Afternoon all, havent had a great start to today. Got up this morning to find DS1&2 and possibly nephew have been decorating:eek:. The wall at the head of the bunkbeds is now a pretty orange yellow mush colour. My bathroom sink is red, and half my washing in the bathroom is the same orangy yellow. So I am NOT a happy bunny.

Vivw - Well done on your HHC. You are entitled to not be whizzing around I should think ;) (I have no excuse and yet still never seem to manage to whiz!)

Sexymouse - Nice one on the free download to correct everything :j And you shouldn't feel stupid about it in the first place - I reckon most people would have assumed it was legit.

I have my washer running on an empty cycle for a clean while I fume at myself. Managed to get DD's lovely brand new swimming cossie (and a Mothercare one) tangled up in the underwear for the dryer - and found it on it's way out  Silly s*d that I am!

Greenbee - I know that i am a Techno phob when it comes to computers but what is 'cloud computing'?

I'm trying to work out a definition that will make sense to you :p It's a dynamic way of working which means that you can share storage, processing capacity, network capacity and allocate it to where it is needed at any given time. It's the current 'big thing' in IT, although it's not exactly new, just easier to do now given the way technology has developed. Have a look at wikipedia for an explanation (bear in mind that definitions are still being developed, so it's not a definitive answer, but hopefully not too confusing!)

Checked in the garage and listed some tins of paint on freecycle - and some other bits and pieces.

Now need to do some indoor tidying so I can clean.
Well the paint seems to be popular already.
Trouble is I now need to decide who to give it to, plus do I decide now or leave it till the evening to give workers a chance???

Tidying the LR was easier than I thought :j but need lunch now.

elf - how is your little one? sounds really unpleasant

He is fine thanks - no idea what caused it but there doesnt seem to be anymore today (other than a couple more cuts) and other than picking at the flaps of skin it isnt bothering him either!
Been out for a lovely cuppa this morning with my friend and was joined by another pals hubby which was nice and I have managed to talk him into a couple of hours babysitting tomorrow morning so I can catch up on some work (job work sadly not housework) so that will be nice for DS (a bit of male bonding - he loves it!)
    List not looking too bad
